What the hell are your business hours. I've been looking for about 10 minutes. Almost as difficult as paying my car payment online. I guess I won't pay my bill today, either.

Worst service. 15 min in drive thru to cash one check especially coming from Brown Deer. Wish they open one in BD. I'd avoid this one. Maybe switch bank.

Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Have used Opp location since it was 1st National Bank.For my banking needs I give the bank 4 *****.

I went through the commercial drive thru after waiting 20 min for the person in front of me to finish. When I returned to work, my change order was short $500! I have been trying to call but no one answers. Worst service ever. I would never have my personal accounts here.

I have been with Wells Fargo since 2009, the banking services are similar like most other banks but what made me stick with Wells Fargo is the fact that I do not pay as much for all kinds of different service charges. This branch's proximity to home and the convenience of having other shops around is a plus. The helpful and friendly staff would be the icing to top it off.

I been with wells fargo over a year my wallet got stolen. I went to a branch in Westheimer that allowed me to get money out of my account with a tedious verification. This location decided that they wasn't going to do any type of verification. This location is the worst I been too. Oh yeah & they manager was on an hour lunch.

If you want to have a person greeting you with a smile, managers ready to assist you with any problems or services, prompt, reliable and an always ready attitude, visit the Wells Fargo Bank on 5110 N. Dysart Rd. in Litchfield Park, Arizona. I have just started a small business and want to commend this branch for all of the TLC they have given us and continue to give us as we go through our growing time as a new business.

Lines always long, wait time to get to see a customer service agents is anywhere from 10-45 minutes. Last time I went in to resolve an issue with my account, they were unable to resolve it and the agent couldn't give an explanation as to why. I went into another branch and they resolved the issue with no problem. This has happened on two separate occasion. Save time and go to another location. There is one that is good on the other side of Wadsworth and Alameda (2 min away).

This wellafargo at their ATMs will take your card and start counting your money. Then it will shut down with your and your money for no reason. The ATMs do not work very work at all. I called the 1-800 number to talk to someone about this problem. They told that my card will be restored by the machine. That I won't get my money back too. What kind of business don't give your money in your account. This is called stoling people money everyday. Just watch out with your ATM cards at this bank people. I won't be using this ATM any more.

Been going there for a while. Personal Banker Jeremy M. Seemed to want to talk to co-workers instead of me the customer, thinking about leaving Wells, Don't care how much you know, until you show me how much you care, he did not know how to order me a debit card the right way. I had to go to another branch. Still Shocked....

The manager was rude and mean to my mother and yelled at her. I dont think he likes elderly folks

Why so much the delays to handle customers on the drive through service lane almost a thirty minute wait per car is rediculus.

I have been a wells fargo customer for 12+ years...and this one, right in my neighborhood,is the worst,most frustrating bank experience Ive ever had, I avoid it...and will go miles out of my way to another wells fargo, once I was with a bank employee, trying to close my box..or something like that...and this woman came up...and said, I dont have much time!!!!! can you help me...and the lady left me....I finally,got up and left...another time, I walk in...and this young woman, says hi welcome to wells fargo...so weak, and you could tell she didnt mean it...another time, I came in on a saturday, sat at the middle chairs, waitng for someone to talk to...and this woman, that worked at the bank came to where I and another woman, had just sat down, she avoided me..and took the woman, no hello, good morning....I HATE THIS BANK....Ive seen people get upset with staff...that are waiting in line....the attitude...or rather "ALTITUDE" of the nose is unbelievable....do yourself a favor...dont go here,

This link states it provides store hours. It does not, and you should not state that it does. It hardly does your brand any good.

I had to open a business account and personal account today. I chose Wells Fargo because I had great comments from some of my patients on their experience with Wells Fargo. They are totally happy and I hope to be in the future. One of the business reps (Devon) sat down with me and was so thorough, not pressed for time, there were no annoying interruptions, and he was knowledgable on many banking and financing subjects. I look forward to banking with them. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well.

As far as banking they were okay. As far as car loans they are very high and the people suck. They called me very obscene names and were very rude . I will never get a car loan through them ever again but i might continue with my banking as long as i don't have to deal with rude obscene people.

the wells fargo was surprisingly very helpful in handling my grandmothers social security checks. they set up the accounts and even called their corporate hotline just to double check. thanks again!
