This WW location has a few really good facilitators who speak from the heart, not only from their guide book. It shows they are really into helping on a person to person level. BRAVA!

No phone and no hours and can't access info on locations on WW website. Can't contact 800 number given to me - having technical difficulties. Not good for new launch 2016

Would like to speak to someone at this store to see if an item is available,and when can I stop to get it....I have tried to follow the hours on the door but they are not there.You can not even leave a message on an answering machine.

I was recently in OC for Sunfest. Tried to find this location. I think it is located at a Church. It would be helpful to post a telephone number or a sign to help out of towners to find the meeting.

I needed to check in for the week on Saturday and when I went to your location on Veronica no one was there and a sign saying "seasonal" was on the door however, there was no indication on line that you weren't open! Not Good!!!

Would be nice if days and hours were listed! This only tells me where it is.

I know Weight Watchers works and is a good program. However, the people at the Biddle Road location are not helpful and downright rude. Will never go to this location again.

You don't list hours. How are we suppose to know when the meeting is?

I was living temporarily in Rochester, mn, and joined weight watchers. I did not like it at all, and they did not try to help me. So, I did not want to attend anymore, and I just quit going.

I wanted to attend a meeting but no info was on the web site. I don't know times or days. No phone number was available. How was I to attend without any info

I went here for a couple of meetings while I was on vacation. They made me feel very welcome. I loved the leader. She was very personable. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a WW meeting in the Rio Grande area

Great program! Class sizes are not too large & there are many convenient class times.

No hours posted, no phone, wasted my time trying to get information on your location.

wake up computer person.....all this information BUT...no store hours listed OR a phone number listed to call for the store hours.......very frustrating.

The toll free national number is only open Mon - Fri……. not great customer service for someone who would like to sign up on the weekend!

Love this meeting group. So much fun and always something to learn.

The two women who work together that are related are down right nasty to each other and to members. They have gotten rid of all the good workers. Bad place to be a member even though the program is good.

Why would all three WW meetings on the island be scheduled at different times but all on Thursdays? I guess I'll have to miss my meeting ....Booooo....

I love the San Ramon weight watcher center I been a member since 0/5/12 and I have lost 33 pounds I went from weighting in at 154.lbs to 121.lbs I reach my lifetime in aug 30, 2012. With determination and this aug 30,2013 will be my year as a true member with true intentions, yay. Weightwatchers was the best thing for me and my weight mangering. Thank you san Ramon

Very happy with this place and all the people involved here. The meetings are very informative. The 6 pm on Thursdays is the one I have gone to. Needed to lose a few pounds and I was stuck. After 6 months of really trying hard I went to a meeting and have been losing ever since. If you follow there guidelines it truly works. And you aren't hungry.

Just moved to Bullhead City, Az. Went to this location and no longer there. The leader left to do missionary work.

This organization has no hour of being open and no contact information available. How do we find out about the Bismarck Weight watchers. I can't find it in the yellow pages. Does Bismarck have a Weight Watchers?

great people, great program, new way of life not a diet, healthy, make you feel good, trust me, I m 5'8" and was at 319 lbs 7 weeks ago,I am at 293 lbs .

I'm not sure why anyone would want to rate Weight Watchers with a "one star" rating, but complaints about how this particular Weight Watchers office works seems misdirected.

I'm not an employee of Weight Watchers, but I've been to meetings all over the US.

The program works. I personally have lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers, and the group I attend relies on personal accounts, tips and other educational information to make good, permanent choices.

I'm in no position to be snippy about it. I'm overweight, my health has suffered as a result, and Weight Watchers is helping me solve this very real problem.

Thursday mornings are always brighter after I leave ww. I go in feeling I may have not done so good but no matter what my results Ellen and the girls always make me feel like a winner. They tell me you are not where you want to be but you are better than you were!

I am trying to find out what hours you are going to be open on Saturday,April 6th. I will be in Minot for the weekend and have heard that you have an excellent variety of products for sale. If possible, I would like to come and shop there. Is that possible>

This weight watchers office is a joke!! They are out of all the supplies that you need to work the program and don't seem to be interested in getting any of them. It is virtually impossible to calculate food points on your own. You need an access code to use the online calculator and they don't have that available for you either. The instructor is only interested in telling you about her personal life and provides very little guidance. I have been to weight watchers in other towns and I am very disappointing in the lack of professionalism of this office.

Great People come to weight watchers. Very Helpful. Great Staff.

Very poor information on the website. Does not mention the other times--only lists Tuesday at 6. Also, does not tell anything about the new program. Disappointing . . . .it does nothing to promote Weight Watchers or encourage a person to join.
