Why do you not answer the phone, we're home and you left a notice, trying knocking on the door or ringing the bell. We've been waiting for this package to arrive.

Awsome service again

I get told that my package was there I go there it's not. Then I go somewhere else that they tell me that it's not first thing in the morning and it's not there either. When I track it online it's saying that is at the store where they told me it was but it's not her saying it's still on the truck so where is my package?never again will I deal with UPS again

I am relatively new to the world of shipping items via UPS, however, the good folks down at my local UPS distribution center were kind enough to answer all my questions, give me good advice, and did it with a big smile.

store did not fill in shipping label correctly and package ended up being delivered 4 days late - Unaccectable - Plus they did not want to refund due to their mistake!!

I went in to the store yesterday to open a UPS account for my home business' shipping needs and to open a P.O. Box. I got a great deal at $5 per month on the P.O. Box and the setup of my account was painless and quick, not to mention free. and to top it off I received world class service from their friendly staff. I will only be using UPS for my business shipping needs. nobody else compares. In fact, I called FedEx to find out how much it cost to ship my products and it was twice as expensive! Do yourself a favor and call around and get quotes and you will end up at UPS like I did.

I was in there today a little after 5 and had a great experience with the lady that helped me. She was pleasant, efficient even saved me a few bucks on box size. I will definitely return!

What a disappointment. Surly and unpleasant staff - with a new trainee being set a dreadful example. Importantly, there was nothing in the service / pricing realms to make up for the staffs' lack of common courtesy. I found an online courier for half their cheapest ground rate. I will never again visit this store
