I have so much fun every time I step into this store. Everyone that works there is SO friendly and bubbly. They are always knowledgable about the products I am interested in. I can't ever leave that store without spending at least $100 haha! Sephora is too fast paced and sell sell sell for me. I will continue to shop at ULTA only :)
the girls working here are more interested in socializing and putting the makeup on themselves, rather than helping customers.
Customer service is lacking..... knowledgeable sales associates few and far between. Personally, I prefer Sephora or the Chanel counter at the department stores.
You should close later around 8-10 because theirs people in the wold including me who might need a product and they need it last minute!!!, and it could give more money or whatever you guys do for at your job
Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful store and it had everything i wanted! Was making sure i made a review because it was so amazing in there. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! I would recommend this store above all others if our professional or new to makeup, it is a great cosmetics store and i will definetly be returning!
I've been to the Greenville location twice and both times were horrendous. The customer service is hands down the worst I've ever received in a retail environment. I can only imagine how much potential profit that location loses on a daily basis. When it comes to makeup products.....you can NEVER go wrong with Sephora. They set the bar and Ulta is clearly lacking.
Just went for a visit and I was overwhelmed by the nice way the managers and workers make me feel. They even advice and sold mr a good quantity of marvelous products. I made this store my favorite one!! Thanks again
Never shop at this ulta on 104th and i25 I was falsely accused of stealing as I walked out of ulta the MANAGER Sarah as I recall grabbed my arm made my finger bleed and ripped my coat off of me I have pictures I will be pressing charges. Don't shoP here
I was in the Glen Allen Ulta shopping last night. We made a total purchase of $200. Upon returning home I opened my new tarte lip pencil, there was no top on the product and it was broken. I made my purchase at 8:02 pm, I called Ulta the next morning. I explained that I live an hour and a halp away, so I asked to return the lip color with receipt to the store and have a new one sent to me with all shipping at my expeince. I was told no! I must drive the three hour round trip to make my return of a $24 product! I may also return to another store however the other store is the same driving distance in a direction that I do not travel. The associate was pleased to inform to that I may make the exchange at a local store opening in May, it is now January 4th! Do not shop if you live put of town!!!
