I went toTires Plus to ask how much to check my differential fluids and was told they did not check and top off fluids .my manual states that the diff fluids should be checked every 25000 miles .The people behind the counter told me they could not do the service I requested ,however they would change the diff fluids and transfer case oil for $125 & tax .I refused and went a half mile down the road to TIRE KINGDOM and they did the job I had requested for $25.00,no problems

Horrible, we came with a flat tire on Sunday June 30, 2013. They wouldn't fix our tire, man told us it would take 45 minutes, which would make them have to stay 5 minutes pass quitting time. So we had to drive home, way from Maple Grove. The worse customer service ever! Not even a one star.

Misleading sign in front of store,says 19.99 oil change. does not say up to five quarts or other charges may apply. I was told it usually takes one and half hours for a oil change. I could do it myself and it wouldn't take that long. Sorry I'll find another place to have my oil changed!

I had previous purchased tires from Tires Plus almost a year previously when I noticed a small leak in one of my tires. I made an appointment with them to get it fixed. I was thinking this would be a quick fix. OH NO, they told me that it could not be fix and then proceeded to tell me that I need to buy all new tires!!! Well, needless to say I left with my leaky tire and went else where.....and got it fix in 15 mins and 20 dollars later. I asked if it was in a bad spot and the tech said no, that its was simple and a quick fix.....really TIRES PLUS wanted me to pay 650 for new tires!!!!!

I went to get my car estimated and had to deal with such unprofessional high school behavior. With boys like that working for them I feel sorry for them! Needless to say, they ain't getting my $!
