This Stater Bros is the best one ever! I drive an extra 5 miles just because of the great service. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. I totally appreciate the shopping experience I have when I'm there.
Since we've moved to Lake Arrowhead, every staff member we've come in contact with has been helpful, friendly and super nice! The small town atmosphere here is amazing... exactly what we had in mind when we thought Of places to raise our kids... the store is always clean, and stocked, and theres always a crew member asking if i need help... keep up the good work stater bros crew!

have been shopping there for Over a yr now and revently workers started discriminating for the fact of having kids .. emberrased me infront of other customers re cheking my cart to see if i was stealing!!! and are extra rude !!! All workers should be replaced because they are all rude!!!
I love this store close to home awesome prices, meat, fruit and veggies always fresh... My major complaint is with the Redbox deal....next to the entrance/exit is the worst spot possible to have this annoying thing....The people that use this WILL NOT move when you are trying to exit or enter the store...they can be looking right at you and will stare you down....Outside would be a perfect spot for this thing like I have seen at other grocery stores....it's not like anyone can steal from it....
It seems the produce is a hit or miss. I have come to the conclusion that you have a 50 percent chance of getting mold in your corn on the cob, cherries, or all other packaged berries. It seems not worth the risk as I am also pregnant and not sure how unhealthy this would be for my unborn child. This is a problem I have seen in multiple stater brother's in orange county as well as the inland empire area for the last 15 years consistently. My question would be if there is any sort of quality control that can be improved to ensure freshness of your produce? I am almost positive that this is not the first time this has been brought to your attention.
Bought 3 item, steak french bread, and salad. French bread was not fresh at least 3 days old and the steak was spoiled.
Easily my favorite. Best prices, best products. I have to shop there because well, Vons or Albertsons or Ralps have a poor selection when it comes to certain items. All the clerks have been nice to ME. Even at the deli, when I was shopping late, I wanted a rotisseri chicken, and they had taken the hot ones in the back to be cooled,so they could sell them later as cold(in the deli) , well, he said no problem, went back there, had to repackage and all,and I got my chickens I wanted. He could have just said , sorry. But I thought that was very nice of him to do that.
I love Stater Brothers Markets - I shop there all of the time but the Calimesa store needs to be more careful about sale items at the time of check out. Two times in the last month I have been charged the regular price on flowers and chicken instead of the sale price. I caught the first one but was all the way home before I caught the second one. This is not a lot of money but some checkers are not paying attention. Just thought you would want to know.

I really didn't appreciate the attitude cashier Rita M had when I paid with the EBT card, she made me feel inferior. especially rolling her eyes.
Love to shop at Stator Brothers for many reasons, staff very helpful, always neat and clean, strong men to help you with your grocery basket and will unload it for you. and they have great savings on many different items. Love going shopping at the store on 2090 Foothill Blvd. Sincerely, Shirley
