My premium went up twice and the office could not explain to me why. I had to call the main office my self and the reason why it went up was because of the zip code having too many accidents. Stupidest thing ever. Drop them quick and now after sending them proof of change on insurance for the 5th time. They want to charge me for not gin in them proof of insurance change. Do not get insurance here. Beware..

Awful place to get insurance from. They canceled my policy with no notice at all. They never answer there phones or return phone calls if you do happen to like State Farm I would recommend not using this office they are really horrible.

Agents lack the proper information to give you details. I ended up paying out of pocket expenses for road side assistance I was told would be covered. State Farm is pricy and you do not get what you pay for. Would not recommend!
Had a payment screw up, when out of town. Phoned and got it resolved, so i thought. Then I have to go sign for a parcel, its a cancelation notice! Expressed my contempt for that, and David Allin him self hangs up on me twice, says he does not care. What a arogant moron!

This insurance agent is by far the worst in san antonio when it comes to customer service. Very rude and uneducated employees, rude agent and does not care a bout customers.
We have had very bad communication from the beginning with State Farm. If you get a quote on the phone make sure to record what they tell you because they will change or add on policy changes with out any notification or reason. in my case 100 dollars more a month. i have gotten notice of payments after the payment has been taken out of my account and when we call they reply with " we have mailed you a notice of payment in advance " and i have never received this until 2 days later in the mail after i talk to them. This has happened to me on three occasions now. i will never use this particular office again. customer be aware.
the office is good for nothing. If you have a claim and go to the office they give you the run around.
I am done with them..they get you a good rate but wait till you have a claim you are done. realy worthless the office is there just for policy renewals and take your money
