My family went during a two day vacation in sunny Tampa. Thinking we were so close to Busch Gardens Sonnys should be pretty good. Not so. There was one server for the whole place. She also was the bus staff, and met you at the door. I give her a lot of credit. Our food was very good, but during our dinner a customer spilled a full glass of ice ont the floor. One hour later if finally melted away. It was never cleaned up. It did offer some entertainment since our dinner took so long. The bathrooms- WOW ! Very nasty the pee stains were so old they were brown. Not a good representaion of a National Brand

Went there for the first time today. Hands down the best place I have eaten in a while. The service was excellent. The manager and the waitress introduced themselves, and they recognized and rewarded my military service. They rock. I'll definitely go back. I would only suggest they add something on the menu with sausages. Thanks for the good meal y'all.

My fiance and myself always go there about once a month and amazing service ! Love their attitude and we get our food in a fast amount of time .... Nothing to complain about (:

My husband, myself and my 3 teen age boys eat at Sonny's about once a week for either lunch or dinner. Tonight was the WORST food, service and attitudes we have every received. From the service to the leaving point. The restaurant was NOT by any means busy an it took almost 30 minutes to get our BURNT baby back ribs. After asking for the rest of my husbands order when she decided to come back to our table she still brought the wrong things that was asked for. We ordered a full rack we got a half, my husbands drinks were wrong when brought an to top thing's off the cashier laughed an all she could say is what ever to every thing that was said to her as she played with her hair. THE MANAGER DID GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO TRY TO FIX WHAT HE COULD AND HE DID TAKE 8.00 off the bill which was appreciated. But the only way this dinner could have been fixed would have been not to go there.. I'll be contacting the head office in the morning.

On Sunday, May 5 a group of eight family members went to Sonny's after church. Our server knew people in the group and we were having a pleasant meal. I excused myself to go to the restroom. While there, I noticed the shoes in the next stall. I could tell that they belonged to a server. The toilet flushed and the person exited without washing her hands. I was sick to my stomach and went to the manager. He said he would take care of it. Problem is, our group will think about that every time somebody mentions Sonny's. How sad since we have been eating there for years and years.

I got the all u can eat and it was well worth the price! The meat just fall off the bone!
