I got Shay to do my hair and I LOVE it!!! It's been almost 5 weeks and I still get complements on it. I have finally found my hair dresser!!

smartstyle in dekalb is the best salon I have ever been to. the stylist there are so nice and friendly. they always do a wonderful job. deff recommend!!

You will love to be there friendly services, relaxing, and let the stylist know what your looking for and they give it to you. Also Men and children services too.

Not enough staff for customers long wait would not recommend at all

I went into smart style to get a price for a color and a cut. I met a beautiful young lady Jessica who is the manager. She gave me a very affordable price and went above and beyond to satisfy me. My hair turned out great. She has a customer for life!

I look forward to my next hair appointment in two weeks! I only want Latoya's expertise.

I waited 3 hours with my son for the stylist to do ONE womans haircut. My son finally started crying and we had to leave. I got the feeling the girl doesn't like dealing with kids. If you don't want to do it say so instead of wasting my time. I could have had him in and out of another salon in a fraction of the time. I will be taking my family elsewhere from now on.

I went there today, (Cedar Park location), and I've never been so disrespected. I will NEVER go to Smartstyle ever again. I had to remind myself that I have too much to lose, so going to jail today wasn't an option. So, I just did things the legal way and called Corporate.

I have taken my kids to this store a few times off and on in the past couple ears and had ok experiences, but we went in this week and I am so pleased with our experience start to finish. Its nice to see a fresh team of faces they were all so sweet and great with the kids. we'll be back.

Friendly staff good price . yessi has done my hair for over a year. Hard to believe since this place can't keep good stylist around for more than couple month.

Im not from charlotte, i have recently moved here and badly needed a salon to call home. i walked into smart style on wilkerson blvd and i can say by far it is very clean. By far one of the cleanest smart style stores in charlotte. Everyone is friendly and very polite. I asked for a just a hair cut and feel as if I came out with so much more. Then again I did, I have a new hairstylist/therapist and a awesome cut.

I have been going to tho smart style location for about a year now. Although, the Walmart is not at all the best, the salon is better. I'm always greeted by my name once I walk through the door. The service is very fast. You get quality and quantity all in one.

I recently visited I had a perm and a wax I'm very happy with the outcome my perm feels great she was quick and even shared a $5 off coupon now that I'm in their email program I'll revive more coupons off for the future I even got a great deal on shampoo I'll bring a friend next time

I bring my children there there great with kids and I had my 3 boys done all at the same time it's affordable and there open sundays

Wonderful experience I got a great hair cut with foils I had to wait aprox 25 minutes but it was worth it I had Lisa do my hair I'll deffinatly go back. The other stylist were so helpful and pleasant

I went there and seems will now need 3-4 months to get my hair back to normal. Very disappointed !Inspite of giving clear instructions...the end result was completely horrible ! I dont knw why were my hair cut abrupty without a thought from the front side. Better to spend few dolllars extra and go to a better salon.

Erica H is the only stylist I trust. She is very friendly and funny and works magic with my hair. She recently done my hair (cut and color) and its the best It's looked in about 5 years!!!!! She knew exactly what color and cut would look good on me. She gave me options and ideas and explained everything she was doing to me. I hope she nevers leaves I been to her 3 times and I will continue to go to her!!!! AMAZING i reccomend her to everyone!!!! Happy customer and

I have never bewn to this walmart salon and walked out unsatified...they do a hreat job. Sometimes one one stylest at a time which she has to multitask but one person can only do so much. I suggest two stylest at all times....thank you

Management needs to be fired I have never seen such poor attitude an lack of respect to employees an customers manager Morgan needs schooling on how to be a manager

Smart Style has the most incredible stylists available! Jamie is absolutely wonderful as is Toni. If you were to lose either of these women, Smart Style would lose me as a customer...no doubt. I drive an hour to come to them. Only Stylists, I have ever gone to that always gets it right.

i go to the DeSoto mo shop all of the time because of hair stylist danielle..she does my hair better than anyone ever has done it..i just want to say thank you to danielle for always being able to tame this mess even when i have trimmed it to where a miracle is required not just a haircut...

The stylist are very hard working and amazing. I have had all the ladies do my hair and they do a terrific job

These people are rude and unprofessional. They treated my toddler awefully. You'd think women would be a little nicer to kids. Plus, the lady that cut my kid's hair must've been coming off of something because her hands shook the whole time.

theres a younger woman there by the name of Bailey and she did an awesome job on my hair and the price wasn't too high either

I have been going to Smart Style in Woodstock for many years....Stylists are terrific and pleasant. You can't go wrong!

I went to Smart Styles located in Wal-Mart at Walnut Ave. A girl by the name of Ashley cut my hair or rather chopped it all up. I took a picture like the way i wanted it cut and she said she could do it. My hair looked nothing like the picture!!! It is very short (which the hair style was short) but she chopped it up so bad that I dont even have enough hair left to allow someone else to straighten up the mess she left my hair in. I am very disappointed and embarrassed. This girl obviously does not know how to cut hair!! I sure hope noone else gets the same results as i did (meaning chopped up hair, not enough left to get another hairdresser that knows what she is doing to fix my hair) It is so bad I am embarrassed for anyone to see me. I hope in writing this it will make other people aware that if they use this lady (Ashley) more than likely they will be disapointed!!!

I've always been very satisfied with services (mostly shampoos and cuts) received here. I've had various stylists and they've been very good at listening and understanding what I wanted before starting the cut. They've been professional in actions and appearance (with one exception). I've now settled on one particular stylist, but I wouldn't hesitate to use the others. I strongly recommend this store to my friends.
