Your 1-800- 734-4667 phone number

I think it's horrible that the phone number listed on the web WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO A REAL PERSON ! This is unacceptable ! Where are your manners?!

Awesome

I have visited this bank many times over the course of being a regions customer. By far, this is the best branch I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The staff are friendly and very helpful and are always eager to help in any way they can! They are the reason why I bank at regions!

Charges to Cash a check

If you receive a check from someone who uses Regions and go to cash it, the bank will charge you a fee to cash the check. I would suggest to get paid in cash rather than take a check from someone who uses this bank.

Only polite when threatened to speak to the manager

The employee was rude on the phone, hung up on me abruptly. I tried to call again, the phone rang more than 10 times, the same lady picked up the phone. I said I wanted to speak to the manager, and she changed her voice really polite. It was sad to be polite only you are in fear that your customer will speak to the manger!

Goodbye Favorite Bank

I hate to see you go. I live and Pass Christian. Gulfport or Bay St. Louis are just not convenient from where I live. I am moving my account to Keesler Federal. Your driveup window teller Vanessa is the best.

Chewing gum

Sweet, sweet lady at drive-thru window, but spoiled it all by chomping on chewing gum. Very unprofessional.

The Regions branch at 20th street near five points is a very friendly branch. All people there are very helpful and will provide you with the best advice you need in investment, account type, mortgage payments, loans and all other needs. Customer service

Teller windows are always horribly slow but accurate with transactions; don't recommend using them if you don't have time to wait.

Review for: Regions Bank in Little Rock, AR

Worst Bank in the US

This is the worst bank in the US and Arkansas, and here is why:

1. Only 1 or 2 ATMs in the entire city. 2. Only 1 ATM where you can get money in the entire city 3. Inexperienced and worthless tellers who don't even know how to use credit card machines. 4. They are incapable of following simple, and written directions 5. There is no one to speak to on the phone after 5 PM. 6. Manager at this branch hires "cute little girls" in short skirts, who are brainless twits,, and 7. A Branch Manager who LIES. To wit:

I came into this branch where I have accounts with a Social Security Direct Deposit Card. I wanted this bank to take $868 from this card and deposit it in to my Regions checking account.

The goofy teller in the short skirt came back and said "the machine doesn't work." She did not hand me back my card. I had to ask for my card back. I was not given any kind of documentation that the charge was canceled, or any other information.

I went to another bank where I have accounts, used their ATM machine to try and get my social security money, and found I had $.01 cent in my account. That is correct, one cent.

I called my Social Security direct deposit card company and they said that that Regions had withdrawn my money!!!!!

I complained that they said that "the machine did not work," and did not give me my money. Does this sound like theft to you? It does to me.

I race back to Regions. Its closed, so I drove around to the drive in teller and finally get the so called branch manager to speak to me and told him that I "needed my money." He refused to give me my money, or do anything about my problem.

I finally wrote out on a piece of paper what he needed for me to do to according to social security credit card company, which included FAXING information to them, from the bank. I then handed this information to the branch manager. At this point, I have been standing in the cold air trying to talk to these people for more than 30 minutes.

The branch manager finally took the information and disappeared into the bank. I then stood in the cold for another 15-20 minutes, waiting for a reply or at least get my money.

Finally, after nearly an hour, I am in melt down mode. I've missed dinner, I have money, and because of the cold air my arthristus and my lungs are hurting. Because its taking so long, I am beside my self with worry and concern. I have high blood pressure and was just released from the hospital last week for a breast operation. I am not in good health mentally or physically to be confronted by these idiots who have my money. I am also nearly 68 years of age, and am being affected by the disgusting, hateful treatment I have received.

This is just 5 days from Christmas, I need to buy presents and food, and I cannot do anything because this bank teller and manager appear to have stolen my money and will not give me my money back...or facilitate me getting my money back.

I have to call the branch manager back to the window, where I have been standing for more than an hour in the cold and asked "what happened?" He handed me back my information regarding faxing the social security card company. I receive no documentation, or information. I am told that my money will be returned in 24 hours. It was NOT returned in 24 hours.

Twenty four hours goes by. No calls or apologies from Regions Bank. I call the social security card company and find I will not get my money back and it may take up to 30 days to figure this problem out before I get my money back.

And worse, the bank manager DID NOT FAX IN THE NEEDED INFORMATION FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I get in my car and drive to this Regions bank. I find the bank manager is NOT THERE, he took the day off. I am beside myself. I have been lied to again by the bank manager.

I call the police and file a police report. This bank stole my money either purposely or by accident, but in the end would NOT give me my money or facilitate me getting my money back, all $868 dollars of it.

I am going to continue to file both criminal and civil complaints and charges against this bank, the bank manager and the two tellers who stole my money and would not a) give me my money, b) lied to me about their efforts, and c) did NOT send in the required fax for me to get my money back.
