Went to qt this evening as I always do about 4 times a week. Started filling up on gas then went inside to purchase lottery tickets and cigarettes. Was informed lottery is now cash only started yesterday, ok well I didn't have enough cash dollar short had to go to car. Got some loose change to make up the difference handed to cashier in which he tossed tickets on counter. Really pushed my buttons then got home discovered I got soft packs not hard packs as requested! No biggy to most but customer service sucks there's lots of places to go for gas and lottery instead of qt!! I will never be back. Just lost about 400 dollars a month from me and my family.
