Smyrna,GA Pilot

Been driving thru this area for fifteen years,plus....Bethany. Unfortunately, All people do is complain like a selfish child and do nothing!!!!! My company sends me there to fuel otherwise I would not go to such an area! The people are beyond hateful and selfabsorbed much like you. FYL explore beyond your 'little' world ;there are railroads, huge Warehouses which services your area which is why there is a Truckstop for fuel. Instead of playing the blame game For your not in this world by yourself, How about talking at a town meeting and ask them to put in well placed stop lights which would help everyone here! Or better yet! Tell Pilot to MOVE!!

Thank You

We would like to thank all of the very kind employees at this Pilot Travel Center.

My friend fainted Aug. 26th in the entry way and everyone was very kind and helpful. Thanks for calling the ambulance. We were from out of state and appreciated everything they did for us.

best customer service

Even though that place is super busy every time I stop. There was cashier there that made my day, she took the time to show me where the maps were and recommend the hotel I stayed at that n ight. More cashiers should be this personable. Her name was Danni she made my afternoon.

Review for: Pilot Flying J in Knoxville, TN

Horrible and hostile experience.

I live close by your Walker Springs location in Knoxville, TN. My husband and I frequent pilot. On Saturday 05-18 my brother-in-law went to purchase alcohol. I tried to pay for our beverages and proceeded to show the cashier my ID, she rudely stated that she needed to see his ID as well. I understand that it is policy not to sell to someone with an expired ID (brother-in-law), but the manner we were spoken to was hostile and condescending. It almost felt as if we were targeted for being Hispanic. Needless to say from now on I will take our business elsewhere. I hope in the future you cashiers are further trained in customer etiquette.

Subway

Stopped on my way to Texas to get gas and a sub. Went to the counter at Subway there was 3 people working but talking with a friend, After waiting 5 minutes I finally got waited on but the sandwich was not good..I couldn't tell if the bread was bad or the meat..Had to throw out. I have been going to Subway for years and this is the first bad sub I've ever had

Review for: Pilot Flying J in Augusta, GA

wow

The service early in the morning straight sucks. Everyday for the last week I go there same two rejects taking their sweet time and they are just plain rude. I want a pack of Newport and u have to tell her the exact make and model or she just waste ur time with more questions. With her blonde hair and gold tooth. The other one sees u come in the door and books her fat ass all the way across the store. Wow!!!!! Straight garbage

Nice/Chapmsn Hwy

Safe. Dipping Donuts, patrolled frequently, near banks, shopping centers and car washes. Several very polite and service oriented workers...Mike , Cody and Tai. Awesome team. Reward cards save money. Convenient. Thanks to the Haslam Family, Knoxville has improved so much.
