I ordered a Teryiaki Chicken and got a bowl of rice and some cut up chicken. No sauce or even a fork or napkin. Too hot to go back and have them fix it so I thought I would write a review.
Good food. Fair prices. Staff was friendly. Not really Chinese but still tasty! Loved the string bean chicken!
Bad service, charge hidden fees. This visit plan mad me mad. Would not pick up scraps for your dog.

Although the food is fair, also being kind, the service was abhorrent!! The cooks could care less and worked so slow that the items in the tray were cold before a final item was done, the servers were disorganized and confused at best. The clients waited forever and to top it off the staff allowed some children to climb on the serving counter and put their feet on the trays. JUST SICK!!!

the food at panda express is good. but the people who serve at panda express, utsa they are not very good. they will give a very small quantity. before some of them were generous. the current utsa panda express guys need to be generous as i'm paying almost 8 bucks for a plate!!!
Why does this location charge extra for their shrimp dishes? Other locations I've been to haven't. Secondly it should be displayed indicating that. Food needs to be changed, they let it sit without mixing it up from time to time, dried out and stale on top. Ragoons are always dried out, supposed to have cream cheese in center, dried powder substance after over-fry. Staff is sometimes friendly, depending on the day. Most times they act like they do not want to be there. Disappointed.

While out shopping, the family stopped in and ate at the Panda near 192/535. Very clean store! Was greeted and served by Thitiya and would rate this experience 5 stars on her friendliness and service alone.
Overall it is a good quality food for your money. The food is always fresh, the environment is lovely. Well maintained and good customer service. I love the food and its always fresh every time I go.
SLOW service. Food was old and nasty and seemed like there wasn't very much of the"entree" compared to other stores.

The food was ..... Wait I didnt get any ! I went there two hours before close and they said that they were out of rice and they werent going to cook more because it was too close to closing time ... Two hours before closing !!! I will never go back to this panda and I will be calling their head courters

Ordered the angus beef, the orange chicken and the chow mein. The angus beef was the only item that was warmer than room temperature. Too bad I wasn't the health department. I know the orange chicken wasn't the correct temperature.
they charged $1 extra for the angus beef. fancy name for round steak. Not particularly tender. no flavor to the meat at all. the extra dollar must have been for heating it up past room temp.
all in all, a waste of about $8
I have always had a good experience at Panda Express. We usually great a Panda Bowl with Orange Chicken and Chow Mein.
