I recently went into this store upon the promise that their tech "expert" would be able to install windows 7 on my new acer windows 8 machine. I had difficulty doing this myself. That is why I turned to a tech expert. For the price of $75, the tech "expert" said that he could remove windows 8 and install my windows 7 OS from the disk I provided. Not only was the the tech unable to do so, all he tried was booting from the disk. I can't imagine a situation aside from a grandma needing some install of a program that the tech guy would be able to help with. It ended up costing me twice as much at another place to get it done. The "tech experts" are idiots at office max.

Avoid this place.. customer service staff SUCKS!!!
