Highly recommend!

Stopped in for new brakes & an oil change...they even matched a competitor coupon I had. Very positive experience. They were fast & professional with no upselling. Turned out my rear brakes were fine & battery tested ok too.

A branch that misrepresents

Went twice. First visit tried to sell a service that was not due for another 10000 miles. Second time I was quoted $150 to reset an engine service light and replace an accelerator pedal sensor. We they were done I got a bill for $350 and told I did not understand what they were doing.

Worst Service

Horrible service, only 1 young inexperienced ”mechanic” in the shop servicing 10 cars, managers here think everything is a joke while customers are waiting for hours on a 20 minute oil change. Managers are over charging women outrageous tire prices thinking we are not knowledgeable about the automotive field. Rather do the work myself at home.

Dishonest

I went by here simply to have a screw removed from my tire and the tire patched. After an hour they proposed to do $1,300 in car repairs, which I later validated to be unnecessary. They also told me my tire was not repairable, also false. And all of this over a 3 hour period. This is not an honest establishment and I will not return.

great service

Very helpful employees. Very eager to service my vehicle. They were not so eager to charge me anything when they found out that my car was pretty worthless. They gave me a free inspection and merely stated that I was not being charged since they performed no work.

Cheated

Took vehicle in for tire balance, rotation and alignment.

They did not even do the rotation as indicated. Also, vehicle now pulls to one side. They also recommended me to have all 4 tires replaced, but my rear tires have plenty of treads with only 20k miles.

try another store

This store used to be great, friendly and reliable. They would fix the problem right the first time at reasonable rates. Once you become a reliable customer, the start jerking you around. We had to have brakes replaced in Nov 2012. It's March 2013 and we are back in again for the 4th time....still grinding. After 2 days of having our van we still haven't heard a word from them...no calls, no transportation, no satisfaction. We are livid! The plus is their location is accessible.

They break appointments

Yesterday I made an appointment with NTB for 7:30 AM this morning for an oil change and check up. I arrived 10 minutes early and found that they were not open. I was able to talk to a man inside that was mopping. He stated that they open at 7:30. I informed the man that I had an appointment at 7:30 AM he replied that I had to wait until he opened. The problem comes when I noticed another customer waiting in his truck.

At about 7:30 the doors opened and the other customer rushed in ahead and was attended by the employee and was taken ahead of me. I did not want to argue with the employee who seemed to have cared less anyway and I left.

If I wanted to come in on a first come first serve basis I would have come in later but I made an appointment that they (NTB) should have honored that.

If they opened at 7:30 AM then the first appointment should be at 7:45 AM for the people that show up 5 to 10 minutes early for an appointment, and the employee should check his log book for any names with appointments before taking walk-in customers. They advertise service by appointment. The attendant was indifferent and they broke and dishonored an appointment that they scheduled. I feel this is false advertising and bad customer service and a bad business practice.

Stay away from this place

Took 2 cars in to get simple oil changes.

First car kept dripping oil for several days. Upon further investigation, I found oil all over the engine. The oil filler cap had not been screwed back in, but fortunately I found it wedged between engine parts. Have been trying to clean up the oil now for a couple of weeks. Its a mess!!!!

Second car was diagnosed with power steering problems. Projected repair cost = $1,100. Son was heading back to school in Iowa the next day so we didn't do the repair, but wanted him to have it checked out by his repair shop in Iowa. That shop couldn't find any problems with the power steering.

Jump to any conclusions you want but I won't be returning to this shop.

Poor Training

Two weeks after having work done on my car I decide to replace the pads on my rear brakes. The lug nuts were all on so tight that I could not remove them using the tools that came with the car. I had to use a breaker bar with an extension. If I were to have had a flat on the road I would have been stranded. I will find out on my next trip if damage was caused by this. Yes they did use a torque wrench after their power wrench over tightned them. I consider this poor training for their techs since they should have caught this.
