I had the privilege to visit the Michael Kors store at The Grove Drive last Oct. 2013. I was with my daughter and bestfriend. I was blessed to have been assisted by Patrick, a fellow Filipino. He was very friendly, he knew his products, he helped me choose which watch to purchase and best of all, he has become a friend.
So beautiful bag, nice medium size, neutral to use with anything the leather is gorgeous, it is very nicely constructed, not too large. i love it :-)
Called the store and Michelle answered. She found the item I was seeking, set it aside while I drove there and gave exceptional customer service as I purchased it. All of the sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this location. Well done, Michelle. I will buy again from this store.
