This has got to be the filthiest McDonald's I have been in. Toilets look like they haven't seen bleach in months and the walls and floor in seating area need a good scrub

I have been to this location several times and have received inconsistent product and service. Last visit I received a sandwich that I could not eat. No more visits to this location.

Spoke to business manager about something I spotted yesterday. He was very polite an thanked me for the feedback. He does a great job and is very approachable

There is ALWAYS a long wait in drive thru and inside. Drive thru gets my order wrong most of the time. If I have the time I'll usually go to a further McD's location for better service.

I have been through the drive through for convenience a few times, and they can't seem to get the order straight. If you do go, double and triple check your order. Even open the boxes. My Quarter Pounder came with a bare chicken breats once.

The ice cream machine never ever ever works although one third of the McDonald's menu is ice cream related items. The service is always slow and they forget half the things you ask for at the drive-through .

Horrible service, rude employees, extremely slow wait times, and cold food. One employee threatened me in the drive thru. I had to call the police. They refused to compensate me when I requested a refund for the wrong order and cold food they gave me.

One of the staff was so rude. We heard her telling her coworker " why are they here when they can't speak french?" Good thing my son understands and speaks French. And we waited for 20min before they attended to our order.

I have gone to this McDonald's 3 different times and each time I have had to go back because they got the order wrong. ....I think before fast food servers ask for $15.00 an hour they need to learn to get the orders right....

I ordered a Southwest Salad which (per pictures and website) is supposed to include tortilla chips. There were none on the salad nor in the bag. Now I'm too far to go back. I went to this McDonald's and I got sick on the food made an cliam to them they said they would have the insureance company to call me and nothing yet and this happened in September 29, 2014 I called the customer service and left a message and still nothing, could someone help me with this to get it resolved

The food is great, however I could swear I smelled the smell of marijuana on a male employee and at another time there a female employee appeared to be badgering other employees. I think she may have been a manager

Worst McDonald's you could ever visit! Majority of staff are so rude and have no manners at all! Always receive the wrong food from what you ordered and they don't care when you complain and they make it out as if it's your fault! I advise no one to visit

I get 2 iced coffees every morning and sometimes a sandwich. I was surprised this morning to find my iced coffees had increased in price by 50%, an exorbitant increase to me. These are great people at this store and I appreciate their attitudes and friendship. 50% is out of line with increases in any product at one time.

Multiple times I've come in and they have messed up my order. Today they had forgotten my 2 fries and a parfait. After coming back they made me just reorder it..

The service was very poor, dining area was very dirty chairs were broken, many sketchy people in dining area, very stinky and dirty. they even got my order wrong and forgot items that I had paid for.

We're just visiting Ct and stopped by to order chocolate dip cones and discovered that this MD has no knowledge or ability to make one. The dip cones are a major seller throughout the West (AZ/NM to MT/ND) and we've had many in New Zealand and Hawaii. But not here. Pathetic!!!

The service was terrible. The employees are extremely rude and make everyone feel unwelcome. Nobody smiles or even attempt to talk to the customers. The drive thru girl who took my order seem annoy and pretty much threw my food and she didn't even said hello or anything. Clearly someone needs to learn some manners!!

Muffins are stale as at Duncan TCH outlet though Mill Bay is better. Often in Duncan burger buns are sopping wet with juice/grease

Just went through the drive thru. The girl at the first window took our money and never acknowledged us. The manager was at the second window and she wasn't friendly either.

Two different orders messed up. Both times told they would send a coupon for a free meal. Good thing I am not waiting by the mailbox. I will go to Greenfield if I need drive thru from now on.

I hate it that every time I come here I only get nuggets and they always taste burned (really like old grease) and I now thats the case they are always dark!! Why is it 24hr and they close every night for 1/2hr or more.Around 11.Other stores don't close.

Just went to the guelph line mcdonalds and bought 4 coffees, 2 hashbrowns, an egg mcmuffin and hotcakes and did not recieve my hotcakes, mcmuffin OR my 2 hashbrowns. When i went back the manager was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do to compensate as breakfast was over

This is one of the worse McD , dirty, worn facilities, chairs, no bathrooms working yesterday morning - uncalled for. With many old men there every morning - it needs redecorating as that is at least decades old - they won't do anything about it - I've complained many times - I myself won't go into that store.

All I wanted to get were two salads with the appropriate dressing. Three staff members were unable to under my request (I speak normal English). It took the Manager to finally get my order. This is not the first time this has happened, but tonight it was especially annoying because it took Four (4) people to take an order for two salads...no drinks, nothing else special.

This is the best McDonald's in Dartmouth NS because it has an indoor PlayPlace. All McDonald's buildings with an indoor PlayPlace are the best ones ever.

They always mess up the food. I was there the other day and I was starting to feel bad for the workers in the front. Everyone was yelling at them and it was just the fault of the food prepares. I hate waiting. And here you will wait. And then when you get your food it is most of the time wrong. Before 4pm is the time to go here. After that time they all stand around while you wait for your food. -4 stars.

For being the oldest McDonalds in all of Canada, this restaurant should have there service down to a T, and they don't. They don't care. Even when you ask them to make sure they check your order to make sure. They still screw it up.

We have been going to this McDonald`s for over 30 years. Recently the service has become very slow. 3 sandwiches took 15 minutes and the line was short. The coffee wait was 20 minutes due to fact the one person at counter had to refill coffee machine. We found out the reason for the slow service. The District Director made changes and cut the numbers of employees to save money. Good going now we are done going to this store. The manager of many years does a great job but now his boss is undercutting his service. Downsizing the staff is not the way to go.

I went to mcdonalds this morning, October 26,2014 at 7am, a guy working in the kitchen, he's so fast, he made the sandwich perfect.. love it!

I'm a customer of mcdonalds at dufferin and Eglinton, i came last Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 10am, i noticed that the person taking orders must smile to the customer... the back people makes the food hot and fresh and fast, the service needs improvement, I've been waiting for my coffee for 10mns sometimes they didn't stir properly and ran out as well .. Overall my visit in this location, it's okay and more improvement on delivering the service...

I showed up at 12:18 am and was told after waiting for the employee to reenter the store that it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait before they would be ready to serve food. When I have shown up close to mid-night I have had the same response so I waited well past the time they have stated in the past that is needed for shift change. How frustrating, they ought to just say that they are open only 23 hours a day.

One of the the manager's is so rude and disrespectful to the employees. Would never eat there again.

I was at the O'Brien store the other day with my grandchildren, The did not eat their burger so I brought home to give to my dog. I broke it up for him as he is a small dog and gave it to him. He would not even eat it. It was dry, overcooked and flat and quite frankly I couldn't tell the difference between my grandchildren's happy meal cheeseburger and my quarter pounder as they were the same size. As I remarked to my son, its been awhile since I ate at McDonald's and now I remember why.

I have not had mcdonalds in a year and will not be going back! If you want hard stale english muffin then mcdonalds is what you want vut myself i like fresh bread not stale, hard break your teeth bread.

As a frequent customer of McDonalds, it is very disappointing for the store not to have apple pies at night and they only accept cash but never provide you with your receipt. Night staff is very rude to customers who do not speak Spanish. Day shift is always curtious and on point. Why should night shift staff be any different?

Your store used to be number one as far as I'm concerned, but the last month or so when I visit there either my order is short, I don't get what I order, and if I have a coupon it throws everyone off and they don't take off what they should!! VERY disappointing!! I've never complained but this is ridiculous!!!

I showed up 15 minutes before the advertised closing time for the store front and all the doors were locked. So I went through drive - thru and the employee said "We're doing the change over right now so it will be 15 to 20 minutes before we can take any orders. I went somewhere else to buy my food. Might come back if service improves.

We got to a not busy time 7 pm. Only one in drive through, I got lucky. We ordered a bigmac combo, 2 large fries , 2 plain burgers an 2 bacon mc doubles. . We were asked to wait in stall. We waited for about 6-7 mins and did the next 3 cars. We got our order and drove 4 mins by car. We got home and all fries were old, shrunk old and cold. From supper rush I would guess from the taste. They were stone cold. We got 4 plain burgers not 2 bacon doubles. I could not even take them back because I didn't get a receipt and when I tried to call it just rang and rang nobody answered. The last time we went they messed up order and gave us wrong food at drive through. That location started out good, to mank kids there and don't care either way as its not their money or food.

Why can't I email mcdonalds ? And I got a order of frys the other day. I ordered a large, got a large box, but small frys. I know, I could have went up to the counter and said just that. Why should I have to embarece myself by saying I payed for a large, could I get a large? Come on pay attention staff if it only fills half the box of a large fry . Chances are, it's not a large fry then. I have a picture and if could get the email address for McDonald's I'd send it. And no it's not been doctored.

Had crappy food a few months ago, I complained and they said they would fix it -- however had it again last night and it's worse than ever !! Asked for HOT good and good was colder than my drink !!
