Horrible customer service and racist!

I find Great clothes for young women in this store

Sometimes you can find a great bargain there but it seems you have to get there on the right day. I've found sport coats and slacks, saving lots of money.

they have the best things there, amazing shoe dept, clothes, I shop there at least once a week

Asked an employee to help me locate an item. She dismissed me and went back to what she was doing. Never figured out her name. Middle aged with brown hair, short.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, and are fast at the check out. Store is clean and pretty well stocked!

Everytime I go to this store, the employees never greet me say hi hello how are you, the lines are long always and they give you a hard time when you return something they have to call a manger to approve it there so No reason shopping at this shore waste if time..

Hi! I am on a vacation and left items which was my mistake. But the associate went out of her way to refund it. Great store! a wide variety of merchandise with reasonable prices and a friendly team of associates, Thanks a lot.

There is a red hair manager in lay away who is a fake bitch. If I'm helping your company by being a regular customer you could lost the attitude.

The only dept. I like at this Marshalls is the shoe dept. The clothes are not up to par as many of the other Marshalls I've shopped in.

The dressing rooms STINK. They need to clean it up BIG TIME

the location is great...the merchandise is great....but when you go to pay the lines are sooooo long...people are returning and buying at the same time....Ihave left the store without purchase because 25 minutes is too long to wait.

What a great place to shop in Midland! The clerks are always so friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized, clean, and the products are nicely displayed. The dressing rooms are clean, without clothes of previous customers in them. Kudos to the management staff for having consistently high quality displayed throughout the store and in the people who work there. It is my favorite place to shop.

I LOVE TO SHOP AND I ALWAYS GO OUT OF MY AREA. BUT MARSHALL'S IN INGLEWOOD IS SO CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND SUCH FRIENDLY STAFF. IT'S A SHOPPERS DREAM.

I have small feet, I wear size 5 1/2. I never find my shoe size! You need to order more small shoes, please!

I recently shopped at your store on Woodman Rd. and would like to give you feedback. WOW! It is rare these days to have an entire store of employee's genuinely care about a customers experience. Well, this store makes shopping during the busiest time of year a pleasure, like you would expect in a small town, where everyone knows each other. And it is the best marketing tool because I have told many about this unique experience. Thank you.

I love the wonderful service that I receive when I vist this store!! out of all of the marshalls that I go to I just love coming back. there is a young African American girl there usually on the dressing room and her name starts with an A I believe I think its alexis.. her smile and friendly personality is just a blessing
