Did the same thing. Followed directions from the yellow pages app to the sign and no store. Why don't they keep info up to date? Is it that hard?

Why would you leave your sign up if you shut down your store in grande prairie?! Drove all over this town! Not happy!

This is not a safe place to eat. Stadium drive has a guy name quamae that is hiv positive that works there. I saw him making food with no gloves. That's not sanitary at all. I will never eat there again nor any other little Ceasars in my life. Cheap price but not worth me getting sick for carelessness of management hiring process. If that one is like that...then so are the rest. Please be careful

they suck! we walked in wanting a pepperoni pizza and the sine outside said 5$ but the person inside said it was 6.25!!! i think that's a differences....

This location is the closest to my home and typically I don't have great customer service but today was absolutely ridiculous! The lady that was there was terribly rude, never said a single word, threw the pizza on the counter and walked away. Didn't even say if it was my pizza. So very disappointed as I will not return to a place that treats me spending my money as a bother. I will spend the entra money to go somewhere that my business is appreciated.

They often lock the front door before closing hours then yell drive thru only. They also like to turn the open sign off before they close.

Don't eat here it is disgusting, they don't wash the dishes and the girls up front are some of the slowest people on earth, don't get your order right, and try to make you pay double for your food!

I've walked in this store countless times to purchase food, the is the fastest place in this town. Hands down. The people who work there are good and care about customer service greatly. I'll always spend money at this store.

This is the best item on your menu without a doubt. You can tell that the dough is fresh because it has that buttery, yet fried cheese taste. So Good!!!

I come here once a week.Every once in awhile I may get a pizza that be a little dried out from sitting too long , but 99% of the time I am satisfied.

Purchase 3 bowls of bbq ribs since I didn't drive I took a walk there. After I place my order and receive my order I asked for a bag for them to put the bowls instead they hand me the bag to put it in what kind of service we getting here not good

There are drug users in this place and they have actually spit in pizzas. The management is very unprofessional.

Hot and Ready should be called "Old and cold" because that's what I have got on more than one occasion. Never again will they get my money or patronage. Literally made me ill!

I ordered a pizza by phone for pick up. While waiting in the parking lot, I noticed the young lady working inside eating something and licking her fingers she went to the cash register did something then pulled a pizza out if the oven. Never washing her hands, I feel this is an unsanitary practice and I won't be returning to thus location.

I got a cheese pizza that had a hot spice on it for some reason . Will not buy from them again .

Two of the last three times that i have tried to eat there they have not had cheese bread Hot and Ready. The signage says that, on windows, the register, the counter, even the menu, but they do not have it. This is between 11:30am and 12:30pm not odd hours or late night. Go elsewhere

Just got home and pizza was cold and has hard crust. This 1.5 and the location on Galloway is 1.23 mile distance radious from where I live. I always go to the location on galloway. I thought this location was closer and pizza as good as the Galloway location. Never again will I go to this location. And teach your staff. To say 'thank you' at least for the purchase. Drive through took a long time, and what is this plastic shield they put on the pizza?

Even though Little Caesar's has fast service doesn't mean the product is good. The crust is too thin and crunchy and the cheese on my pizza was way too greasy. I'd rather have Pizza Hut.

I just moved to the area and there isnt much for quick dinners. Im happy im near this place :-)The workers AND managers are attentive and happy. The cashier was very clear on counting back my change and with a smile. My pizza was delicious and correct, the manager gave me my pizza and asked if I'd needed peppers or cheese. She even offered my children free cookies.

Best $5 pizza in town!!! Great customer service! Better than little Bambinos. For some reason this is the only little Caesar's in town that taste good others taste weird! Bestlittle Caesars in town! Choose the one on sunny mead only!

check your pizza when they give it to you if you are getting a hot n ready cause if you get home and its old and dried out they don't care you have to bring it back then or its called too bad don't let them tell you they will take your name and give you a free one next time they lie cause once you do that and you go in there and give them your name they will say its policy to bring back half a pizza at least..pretty much don't eat at the Little Caesars on are gone and mission the managers don't care about their times or check their pizzas

I find it completely acceptable to charge for extra dipping sauces. But to not offer a single call us when purchasing an order of chicken wings is completely RIDICULOUS! Everyone knows that when you go to any restaurant and order chicken wings they always have either ranch or bleu cheese dressing to dip them in at no additional charge. Already paying 1.23 per wing, this is unacceptable period.

The food isn't bad, even considering it's Little Caesar's, but they are overwhelmed and under impressive. I sat in there for 30 minutes watching people who ordered specialty pizzas after me receive their orders before me. When i finally did get my order, which was promised 10 minutes after I ordered, it was wrong...

Food is always hot and just out of the oven. Cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable about pricing and product. The general manager does a great job at ensuring customer service, product quality and a clean image. Food taste great, it's fast and friendly place. Check it out!

Credit machines don't work, managers are very rude.

Although the prices are very amenable, I had a very hard time wanting to go back to this place! The employees were very rude and acted like they could not possibly care less about the customer's satisfaction. I'd rather drive to Manteca than to deal with those awful workers!

Let's start with the pizza. It tastes like it's been sitting in those hot boxes for hours but there is no way to know how long they have been in there because there is no date/time written anywhere on the box. When I complained about the dried out pizza management offered me a coupon for more pizza in the future. With pizza this bad, I don't want coupons for more and with a store manager to stupid to realize this, I will never go to this restaurant again.

This is a new/rebuilt store and I is so unprofessional and unorganized! The staff is unprofessional! They don't know how to cook! They sold me wings that were not done this is not a good place so drive down the road and don't waste your money better off going to dominos!

NEVER eat this pizza. i got a hot and ready that looked like it had been dragged across the floor amd was ice cold!! I called the manager and she said well what would you want me to do about it. wow. just saying..be careful..these workers don't care and u could be ingeating more then you bargined for!

I have been go here for the last two years going on three years at least three to four times a month never had a problem with them. They are always nice, working hard, and always concerned about their customers and never put in any complains. The last two weeks Ive went in twice and had to put complains in both times, the quality in the fresh pizza was dried out bad and the bread sticks have been burnt. I was told the oven is having some problems but this is getting ridiculous. Management needs to fix the oven or i wont go there anymore if i keep having to waste my gas to make another trip to get what i paid for. We get the same thing every time and this time i was not happy. The employees fixed it right away and were so nice and sweet about it. But the time I got back from fixing my bread stick my pizza is cold.

Went to this little Caesars location tonight at approximately 645 pm. Only 1 gentleman waiting for his order.. I Ordered 1 deep dish, 1 supreme, 1 large pepperoni, and 3 wings. All items supposed to have been hot and ready between 4-8 pm. My son and I did not get our order until 710 pm. From the time we arrived until we left, approximately 10 people came in, got their order, and out the door. One customer came in and ordered a Hawaiian pizza (really? Hawaiian only because there's pineapple on it...- how insulting to Hawaiians.) Their pizza had to be prepped and cooked... THEY got their order and out the door before me and my son did!! To top it off these kids working are unprofessional. Talking about jumping over the counter.. yelling across the front of the restaurant by the front door to those in the back. They need to he taught customer service and proper etiquette.

Ordered deep dish pizza and people couldn't get order right. Paid for order and got regular round pizza instead of what we wanted. Really frustrating after getting and seeing the messed up order.

My son and I have moved in the area 3 years ago . It is so great to walk in and always greeted with a smile . Now when I go to order they already no what we like. Thank you for always having smiles when customers walk in .

I go to this Little Caesr's a good bit, especially when Ive had a lot to do during the day and need to feed my family. Their $5.00 & $8.00 pizzas are great. Most all the time, I get fresh hot pizzas when I go there. Also the cheese bread is hot and fresh as well. The inside of the restruant is clean, the manager and employees are always friendly and neat in appearnce. My orders have always been accurate. The service is fast, even during their busiest hours, they get the customers served fast. Keep up the good work!

Sauce is cheap. Why not add some to the pizza? The last couple of $5 pizzas I had here contained cheese and crust with almost no pizza sauce. I'll mention it next time but it shows a lack of quality control. They are quite nice at the location, however.

This is my 1st trip in 2 yrs to this location, nothing has changed. They never have any pizza's ready. Today, I was asked to wait out front for my order. I waited 35 min for nothing and another 5 min for my refund. Recommend Pizza Hut

this place was filthy...loud rap music blaring throughout the restaurant and the f word being used by employees every other word. I would just as soon starve as ever eat at this store again. Absolute filth.

The food is good here, as it is at every Little Caesars, but the service was horrible. I watched two women get turned down when they asked for chicken wings because the store was closing at 10 (mind you, it was only 9:11 at the time). On top of that, nearly every customer leaving the store had to ask for their other pizzas that the cashier forgot, and when I got to the front of the line the cashier completely ignored me. I began to say "hello" and she cut me off and continued her conversation with her co-worker, and I had to wait about 3-4 more minutes before I was helped. Her attitude was poor, and she was not welcoming. I hate coming to this location because the service is always terrible. At least the food is good...

There is a girl there that was very helpful. I am indecisive and she was very sweet and nice to me and aided me in my selection of food there.

Up until my arrival at lord Caesar's palace my life was a wreck. I never thought I could love again after my heart was broken and discarded. With all hope lost I entered the palace with the intention of ending it all. Upon entry however my life was changed. Thanks to lord Caesar's warm welcome and kind gifts of food and shelter I again have found the will to live. M15 Little Caesar's has saved my life and for that I am forever in his debt.

I get it, the pizza cheap… But, the young punks that they have working in their having no common sense or no common person. Spend a couple bucks more get a good pizza saved yourself the heartache and headache!!!

It was a hurried moving day and lots of help to feed. Lil Ceasars came through with hot hot pizza and bread sticks.

I went here last night and I wanted a five dollar large pepperoni and it was hot-n-ready and the girl at the register got me in and out of the store within five minutes. No hassle and no waiting. The best pizza experience I have received after years of having the worst service at Round Table in Lincoln.

The pizza at this location is great. I have eaten many pizzas from this Little Caesars in Largo Florida and I have enjoyed them all. I especially like their thin crust pizza. I also love their crazy bread.

Where else can you get such a deal every day?? On Wednesday (cheep pizza night), you get a large single topping pizza for 3.99, which is an impossible deal. Yeah, I know, it isn't Chicago style pizza, but it isn't Chicago style priced either, but it is still good and the folks at ours in McHenry are always nice and it's fun to watch people if you have to wait!! :-P

This is the location closest to my house and they are now 3 for 3 on the negative side!!! I have yet to walk in, pick up a hot n ready pizza and walk out!!! Always a wait!!! Kind of goes against the purpose!!

I bought a pizza earlier to eat with my 2 brothers....and an hour later I began having stomach aches; I took medicine. It help but another hour later I began to throw up. Then again and again....I threw up 3 times....and all had that nasty taste of the pizza....Not only did I throw up but my other 2 brothers threw up as well...In my opinion...this was the last time i eat there.
