The people from liberty tax have screwed me over just like many other people that I know! The workers there are willing to lie in order so people can get screwed, they have very little experience and aren't honest people!

I went to Liberty 2 years ago to do my income tax, I was so impressed with the service that I have returned. I have since relocated to a new city but I went back to Liberty once again. Would strongly recommend.

they work real hard to get you in there to file but when it is time for them to give you your money they don't want to check for you when you come to get the check they treat you like you're a pain in the butt they make u wait and are very unpleasant especially after spending $400.

Please do not use. Still use old paper form of tax preparation and the rates are redicious

Very friendly place, always happy to assist you.Quick and easy. They even offer drinks and snacks should you have to wait. Always have 3-4 people there to file your taxes.

I paid this place to do two years of my taxes but they only filled one of them. Five years latter the government tells I am not allowed to file my taxes because I did not file my taxes five years ago. Oh and by the way we have been charging you approx. $13 a month since 2008. After two appeals the government tells me I am not getting my $52 refund and I owe them approx $1900 because Liberty failed to file my taxes.

Taxes for 2012 done in March and I still haven't seen a return. I just received my 2009 amended return two weeks ago. Still waiting on the 2012 return!!!! So what's going on? Taxes were done in Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895

Not only did the staff in Beddington Liberty Tax go out of their way to accomodate me by staying past their regular hours .... they found me more money!

I am super impressed with the service and calibre of staff at the Forest Lawn Store. They went out of their way to ensure that I got my tax issues sorted out and filed on time!

Previous owner sold business this year. I did not feel that I received the service and questioned the knowledge of the preparers. Too many people were involved in a question. Wish the old owner was back in charge.

I had a complicated HSA problem that the IRS was bothering me about from a prior year's return. Liberty fixed it with one form and I only owed $4 to the IRS!

They did my taxes and wanted 400 dollars I priced others tax companies and told them that other places would do it cheaper so the dropped it down to 200 dollars. What a joke. Obviously they were trying to scam me because they dropped it down that much it should be illegal to charge someone that much just to do easy taxes. This will be the last time I go to someone to do my taxes for me.

I recently requested a copy of last years tax return emailed to me from the Castro Valley Liberty Tax location. The woman on the phone said she would send it to me as soon as she had the time. Two weeks later I'm still waiting, even after I told her that I"m in the process of purchasing a home and need this ppwk asap. There was no follow up call or email, no contact whatsoever from her end, she took my email address and left me hanging. I am very disappointed with Liberty Tax considering the fees I paid the company to prepare my simple W-2 tax return. I remember walking out and seeing that H&R advertised free W-2 tax return service. I will never recommend nor do business with Liberty Tax again. Good Job Guy's!!

The worst tax service I have ever seen. My family and I have used liberty taxes before and was shocked at how poor this branch was. Elementary kids had more intelligence than this branch. They are not organized and will loose your information. If you choose liberty taxes go to another branch.

Horrible service. Unprofessional and not to mention they are thieves!! NEVER GO THERE!!!

Screwed up my tax return and admitted fault. Told by manager that they would refund my prep fees. They then started dodging my calls and eventually said they wouldnt refund because they dont have to. Said manager is no longer there and she is in hiding. I wouldnt let these idiots do my kids second grade arithmatic homework....They suck.......Vidor Proud!!

Everyone is so friendly! They give you soda and snacks. There are toys for my kids to play with while I do my taxes. The best part is that I got a much bigger refund here than I would have got online!! Love Liberty so much!!

Thanks for your assistance with my Tax Return

The Liberty taxes on La paz in the food 4 less shopping center is very unprofessional. They will not give you all the details you need to know as a customer and won't tell you the fee they're charging until AFTER you file your tax return with them. As a customer they told that my tax return would be mailed to my address, only for me to find out that it was to be mailed to their office instead. Which in return caused me to receive my return LATE. Very, very unprofessional....

liberty tax in neptune is the best, place to have your tax prepared. customer service is amazing, tax preparers amazing . i had my tax prepared at liberty neptune , 3 yrs ago, then i became an employee, great place too work.

This was by far the WORST experience of my tax seasons. The tax preper did not file my tax papers right, didnt do direct deposit right, and never entered my school code for wisconsin right. It has been 4 weeks and I have not recieved my FEDERAL OR STATE. Not a place I would recommend

They all think there better then u and if u ask a question they get a attitude and when u pay extra to get your taxes back faster your the last one to get them back. Ive called and asked them why its takibg so long to get them back and all they say is they dont have any control over how long it takes its up to the IRS to issue the checks, but if thats so why do u pay extra for your return if its not up to them? Im going back to H&R block ive never had this problem threw them

Liberty will lie directly to you. Call corporate(1-866-829-3278) and get a # to the bank they use the bank will give you the truth that liberty has it but the office will say they dont! At least you will know WHO has your money.. Good luck trying to get it though!

I went to the Chicago ave & Austin location to file & the people that worked there were smoking while doing my taxes. They didn't tell me what they were doing, I was simply told to sign & when I did ask what was I signing she couldn't give me an answer. Also, I was told that they would only charge me $50 to do my taxes, yet they charged me $100 & gave me a flyer claiming that I get 50 dollars back immediately. The trick to it was I had to go to the north & austin ave location. So I went there immediately because the flyer says "Get $50 Now" but low & behold when Iade it up there they told me 24 to 48 hours. Not to mention that when I first walked in the employee's just looked at me with their what do you want faces, I didn't get a hello, how may I help you, nothing! So I waited an entire day before I went back to get my $50, just for her to tell me "the $50 man ain't here, you shoulda called before you came." All the while she's preparing a customers taxes & her phone is ringing loud & her ringtone was "you a hoe" by ludacris. And don't believe for a second that she tried to silince it. So I just call today, three days later because she said come back on Monday, and low & behold the girl that picked up said call back after 1pm & hung up. I urge people not to go here because it's ghetto, trashy, a scam, false advertisement etc.

Very disappointed. I called day before to confirm exactly what i needed. Went up next and waited hr and half(no big deal because most were friendly). Was in there for not even two minutes for them to tell me i dont have the right stuff even tho day before it was. Plus they had told me i will be able to know how much it cost before they file and the woman was so rude ,cutting me off saying no no no thats not how it works

Don't go to liberty poor service and unprofessional I called to ask about the fee of processing my taxes they told me come in we have to see ur forms well after I came in and they processed my paperwork and I signed it they told me its would be $500 which is way too much I was not getting much much back they didnt care so be carefull don't get riped off

liberty tax is the best place to have your taxes done!!! I had thee most pleasant experience with them while there. Their staff is very professional and know what they are talking about. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!! Thanks Liberty Tax!!

I was referred by a friend stating we would both receive $20 because, I was a first time customer I gave them my slip... knowing its only $20 I could care less but if your trying to gain new customers I suggest they keep their word. To top it all off when I filed. I never received my paperwork/packet for 2012

I had a good experience for tax return last year at this location. I have been using H&R block got frustrated with H&R rates and ...... I find liberty tax has better rates and customer service. Especially downtown location of liberty is really good!

Please don't go to these guys. They file the wrong tax returns. I tried reaching them after I got a mail from IRS on incorrect tax returns and they do NOT respond back. Very inexperienced professionals too. Student..pls do NOT approach these guys.
