The store is close to my home and I've been dying to have a recliner - I looked at a couple others, but Lazyboy's were the best price and comfort and I think quality. Service was totally good too.
Called this number, what a surprise.... Call was auto forwarded to Raymour & Flanagan. What is this all about. If the store has been closed for Years (as I was told when the phone was answered, why is it still on the list of stores?

Made the mistake of getting a "two for one" recliner deal at another furniture store. You get what you pay for. I'll never buy any recliner unless it's a La-Z-Boy and this is the place to buy. Good selection, no pressure, great prices. Why do anywhere else?
More helpful than any other place we went to. And not pushy. I bought one of their recliners and they delivered for free, promptly. Happy customer.
The sales people were helpful, patient, informed and provided constructive suggestions. I visited several different furniture stores and then decided to return to this one because of the product, service and fair prices.
We won't be purchasing any more furniture from this store or from Lazy Boy. Lots of added fees & the return in 3 days if not happy is a joke. Customer service at this store by owner & at Headquarters was stressful & very intimidating. Their customer care division is not cooperative either. Avoid this company all together! Not worth the hassle. Furniture lacks quality & is not delivered in high quality condition!!!! Its our opinion & belief that once they get your money they are done with you!!!!
I purchased two recliners from this store that were $1000 each. I was told this chair could withstand most anything due to its durable leather. I was also talked into purchasing the protection plan to cover any problems I could encounter. The salesman was a manager so I felt his knowledge was reliable. Now the chairs arrive. No lumbar support. Leather easily rips. I call the store only to be told to stop calling the store with my complaints. I call the protection plan only to be told I was misled with what the plan covered. Bottom line. No satisfaction from store or protection plan. I hate my chairs. I hate being deceived even more.
My husband and I bought 2 lazy-boy recliners in this store a few years ago,we still have the chairs! but it time to update and we will go too the Tipton store, because we got such good deals and they have lasted and worn so well,the dealers were so friendly, we want to go back to this store.
