I came to KFC on Mitchell rd on May 2 nd. I waited about 20 min in the drive thru and when I got to the window she asked me again what my order was. It took her another 10 minuites to get my order together She did not say anything about the new boneless chicken so I asked if I got a free piece. She said yes. When I finally left with my order the mashed potatoes and gravy were missing from my husbands meal. We will never visit KFC again!! Two cars that were behind me left because no one took their order. This has always been the worst service I have ever experienced

Well for one thing nothing is nice about this location. One day while traveling me and my b.o decided to get something to eat,we picked the K FC .Talk about horrible.The workers looked overworked and dirty. So i just bypassed that whole ordeal and began to start my order...Seem like WHY O WHY did i do this?? While ordering i overhear the manager somewhat yelling and at first I didn't pay any mind but suddenly I heard the lady say ,"what the hell you doing" .The employee looking almost afraid.Felt like I walked into a jail...I was in shock so NO .dont eat but see for yourself

For lunch today tried boneless chicken, although meat tender deep fried crust excessive like too long in fryer. Meal received other than as ordered, Received Merchant Copy of charge slip instead of customer copy. Hard to understand clerk's speech. Avoid this location until they get their act together!

My husband and I visited this restaurant tonight about 8 pm (friday night) and wanted to try the new boneless chicken.My husband tried the new chicken and was satisfied with it. But I had the chicken strip meal. My strips were not hot and were tough. I could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. I was very surprised and disappointed for the not so fresh food tonight. I expected much better on a busy friday night.

Your servers need to be much more careful. I ordered a diet pepsi for my son who is a type 1 diabetic and he was given regular pepsi. Good thing he caught it after 1 drink. Had he not caught it the results would have been bad. I know there is human error but you need to be more careful. My receipt clearly states diet pepsi.

I just went to the KFC on Hardin valley and I must say, the service was excellent. We ordered a value meal and wanted extra crispy. They were out and had to make it fresh. It took an extra 15 mins but it was worth it. They were very polite including the manager. I would recommend the KFC on Hardin valley to anyone who likes good service and great food.

Have been to this restaurant three times. Although the service is very friendly it is also very terrible. Had to wait 20 to 30 minutes on each visit for the food to arrive. Orders were nothing unusual.

This KFC/Taco Bell restaurant is consistently the slowest and most disorganized place that I've experienced. If bad management was a crime, these people would be under the jail.

The worst KFC chicken I have ever had!! It was greasy and stale, and didn't even remotely taste like KFC chicken. The service was terrible and the place was dirty! KFC needs to close that place! Too bad there isn't a rating below one star.

The place is DIRTY. I had to rewipe the table I sat at. Uniforms are trifling. Food all over one boy/girl shirt and pants. The chicken was dry (grilled mostly) the drive thru stank of stale cigarette. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

I went there once and the chicken was under-cooked. I went another time and believe that I was shorted some pieces (I should have counted). I went another time and out of 20 pieces, 9 of them were breasts. I just left there after ordering a 20 piece bucket, got home and counted the pieces and there were only 16. Enough.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Staff eating food at the front counter, food is cold, about two flies to every guest. This place should be shut down.

I have been to a few kfcs and some were better than others but the one of 35E in eagan was the best I've had and the kids there were so polite ! The girl at the drive threw was very sweet and respectful ! I think her name was shannon when she said it so sweet ! I never write reviews but when you get good service from a fast food it is rare !

My daughter and I ate at the KFC in Beaver Dam April 5, 2013. Three hours after eating there my daugher had stomach pains and threw up four times during the night. She is still feeling sick today with stomach pains. We both at from the same bucket but my daughter ate the mac n cheese side and I did not. I am sure that someone who works there handled raw chicken and then other food products which made my daughter sick. I will never return and I recommend that no one else go there to eat. If you want good chicken there are other places to eat with better tasting chicken.

I had the best experience at KFC .the staff are super helpful and nice. I have two picky kids that want what they want. A server named Ryan helped me make both my kids happy with no headaches. He was so polite and I truly appreciate that in today's fast pace world. Thank you Ryan for a great dine out experience

Was real disappointed in KFC-Mesquite tonight. Grease was old, no biscuits, and potatoes was powder. They must have been out of dark meat, our mixed meal had 1 thigh and 9 legs and 6 breasts. Next time (it may be awhile) we will have to question everything.

The KFC location is extremely consistant is their friendly service and high quality food. The manager always welcomes customers with a genuine smile, making everyone feel welcome.

The customer service was very good. The workers were all very friendly and respectful. Haven't had this kind of great service In a long time. Sometimes they take a while but it's understandable, chicken isn't instantly cooked.

recently i came to this location for a quick dinner pick up. in the drive through i was informed they were out of 3 of the 4 things i ordered. after getting home and opening the bag both sandwhiches had to be heating up, chicken hard as a rock and the bread was falling apart while trying to eat from being so stale. after spending 20 on the this meal that was cold, and old i will never return here and will for sure pass the word along.

My company had called there to get a quote on some party platters and told them we would call back if we wanted to place the order. We decided not to place the order, so we never called. The next day we recieved a call from an employee at KFC saying our food was ready. When we told her we never placed the order she got very rude. She proceded to tell me that somebody had called her last night AT HOME to confirm the order!!

Got to be the worse place in scottsboro to eat. They are so nasty and dont go in there after 8 p.m...they will serve you anything.

Don't EVER go there. EVER. Period. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food and there was almost a riot. One lady actually stood in the drive through until she got her food she was so mad. Recently I had a craving for KFC, so I call my local store to find out the hours, I was put on hold for 4 minutes, and got tired of waiting. Tried to call back, and the phone was off the hook. According to the website it is open until 10 p.m. I called another local store, and found out that they close at 9 o'clock.... what kind of food chain closes at 9 o'clock I think that the customer service needs to be a lot better. The person answering the phone does not know who was calling, I could have been a manager from another store I could've been a secret shopper or anyone. I could have been the big boss, but to be put on hold for that long and not paid any attention to is ridiculous!!! Bad business!!

Food was cold. Chicken tasted like the crap you get at staters brothers but like its been sitting there all day. The cheese on the famous bowl was hard and crusted not melted. They did not give us enough utensils when we had ordered 4 sides we get two forks. It took forever and the staff was rude I will never eat at this place again and I would advise others to avoid this KFC until they get there shit together.

Certainly this KFC location cannot be that busy to where they can never answer their phone. I stay across the street to where I have seen that they never have more than 2 cars in their drive-way or in their parking lot....and not to mention their chicken pieces are so small, yet they charge sky-rocket prices, I don't think so!!!

i was going this store last 4 months for my lunch i saw new cashier and she is having excellent customer service .i am not sure her name is Dolly. she is very friendly and hard worker and chicken is delicious . good store .

The service at this location is extremely poor! It takes an extremely long time before your order is taken and filled. Also, this location does not serve desserts. I inquired and was told that this was a management franchise owner decision. It doesn't seem right that some locations have different menu items than others. The general public patrons expect all KFC's to have the same menu items from which to select. It's like going to a neighborhood McDonalds and being told that chchicken mcnuggets aren't served there. Who made that decision and why?

Arrived for lunch on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 12:20 PM and were the only customers in the place (Hmmmm......wonder why?). Placed our order only to discover they did not have some of the food items we wanted so substituted for awful looking and tasting cheeseburger (GROSS). Other food was OK. The temperature in the dining room was COLD!!! and you could see your breath occasionally. This place is horrible, recommend you go elsewhere!

This evening my grandson picked up a bucket of KFC fried chicken from the Webb City KFC on Rangeline. I believe their recipe for chicken is to buy skinny chickens, overseason it, overcook it, and then let it sit under a heat light all day before selling it. The Webb City KFC is a disgrace to the KFC organization.

is my second time going to this kfc the name of the cashier was julisa, she was very friendly and she explained to me the new menu bc it was really confused .also she suggested me the new especial 8 pieces meal. i was looking for 6 pieces meal but the 8 pc meal was a good deal.

I used to work here for about two years. Do not ever buy food here! The place is so dirty it is disgusting. Its hard to run a store with one person running the front one running drive thru, and one cook. So corners are always being cut. Once i remember a manager put frozen chicken in the heater thing where cooked chicken is kept so it could thaw. Cross contamination!!! And people used to smoke by the back door 5 feet away from where chicken is prepped and cooked. The employees do work really hard, but kfc is so cheap there are not enough workers to run the store and do all the proper cleaning. Thats is why they always run out of chicken to. I got tired of one manager who thinks he is the worlds greatest and down talks everyone, so i quit.

I just went to KFC and a really nice girl called Luisa helped me out she was great. She treated me so good. I wish there were employees like that everywhere.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I refuse to go back. They do not know how to organize their orders to fill them quickly. They never have enough staff. One visit it took 30 minutes to finally get my correct order. Another visit, I ordered a one quesadilla - that's it - and waited over 10 minutes. When I told them I couldn't wait any longer and I wanted my money back, the cashier told me to wait until she was done with all the customers waiting in line. Terrible service!!

Ordered the grillers and all 3 came out cold. The outside was grilled but the inside stone cold. WTF. They know they need to warm up the inside before they grill it. right??!

Unfriendly staff, waited 20 mins for our food and we were only customers there, food hastily put together, missing items from our order, dirty environment and kitchen and were told they were out of chicken pot pies and 10 mins after we received our food one of the staff had no problem finding and cooking 4 pot pies for another customer! 2 of my children had cheeseburger kids meals and their "prize" was a cheesestick and lolipop?! WOW! Will NEVER eat there again!!

The chicken was juicy and delicious, the crew there is fast efficient and very friendly! Great service!

So, I ordered our food, chicken bites and a few sides to go with it. Service was good but when I got home, I ate some of my chicken, and its was cold!!! They need to always make everything fresh!

After spending 20 minutes on line and still cant get to a place that says what the store specials are, I am done. We went to Canes instead and will be my last trip to KFC. LOL

I visited kfc today about five this evening.The service was rude.The drive thru person rushed me and got mad when I was not sure about my order .I was the only person in line .what was the rush.He didnot say a word to me when i drove up to pay for my food.he just turned his back to me.if u dont like your job then quit.

We went to order some food. As refreshment we order brisk. After we arrived home we found that the refreshment flavor was bad, bitter. Its smell as bleach. I may think that accidentally or who knows the refreshment were placed in a cup with bleach because it didn't smell or taste as Ice Tea. We do not want to go back there. Its scary.

my family and I visited Kentucky Fried Chicken in the managers name lyrics destiny and to2/19/13 in the chicken was not cooked all the way it was dry in real hard to eat we asked her to replace a chicken and she said there was nothing she could do for us a gentleman came out and we were talking to him and he said the same thing also I will never eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Safford Arizona again

These people come 2 wrk just 4 the $! The apperance of the chicken was terrible! The employees all seem sooooo confused with everything! Also 2 many people complaining about food poisoning from this same kfc here by contra costa college!

I came through the drive thru yesterday (2-13-13) about 5 p.m. and Eric? he has brownish hair with a buzz cut, and greenish eyes. He was very disrespectful to me, first he forgot my biscuits and he had already had me pulled up so I had to wait about 10 minutes for my grilled chicken. He seemed to not really care because he didnt apologize. Something needs to be done about this. I am very disappointed in this KFC.

I had an awful experience at this store , they made me wait 15 minutes after promising 7 and charged me for something where they only gave me half the order. i called to complain only to get hung up on and i complained to headquarter and they still did not do anything and its been over 10 days. Horrible service all the way around...

NASTY soggy chicken that was supposed to be fresh and was cold and gross. Was told I needed to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken and it was freshly old. Slaw was not given to us. The girl at the register was lost.

Be sure to clear your schedule if you want a taco or some chicken because you'll be waiting forever for these losers to figure their way around the damn restaurant. The drive through should really be called the park and run your gas out-thru. The staff is dumber and slower than a bag of rocks tied to a tortoise. They can't even make 3 burritos in under 20 minutes, oh and f you actually wait long enough to get your food expect it to be cold.

they claim to be open till 10:00pm but i have tried several times to get them to sell me a 12 piece bucket all breast, willing to pay the up charge and wait for them to cook it but i get told they are done cooking for the night. i go there after work at about 8:00PM. you all decide if this is good business practices or not. maybe they should have a sign on the door stating they sell only leftovers after 8:00PM

I dread coming to this place, but it's the only KFC in my area. They never acknowledge your presence. I had to leave this evening 4 people prepping food and no one could say 'hi, be with you in a minute. simple courtesy is missing. I went in kfc 01/15/2013 on my lunch break at 1:30 and first there was only 2 people working so there was a wait just to make an order. So after i order my food a white man came in and ask for any sales today and they gave him the coupons. So when i asked if i can change my order that i havent received i was denied any further services. When i asked for my money back the supervisor maria cruz who was on duty just threw my change and ignored me when i asked for the company order. I will not be back!!!!

I don't go here often but every time i do the food seems like it has been around for awhile. The location by Lowe's was better than the one on 8th street but for some reason they closed the wrong one.

Called ahead thinking to get Fresh chichen, extra crispy, family meal. chicken was not even close to crispy... tasted like original style could tell it had been sitting quite awhile...sides were warm.... not hot....bisquits were soggy....all this for $21.00 Not again

Tonight was the final straw, I ordered two Chicken Pot Pies by phone and was told that they would be ready by the time I arrived - 10 to 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later when I arrived there were no Pot Pies available -- they didn't hold two for me even though I was told they would.

This has happened on several other occasions as well! Staff is totally disorganized and not well trained.

I walked in undecided and recieved some Great Customer Service!! The supervisor, Jalisa, gave me a great smile and warm greeting. And sent me on my merry way in like 30secs. Her and team was Very Respectable!

My boys and I have not had KFC for the last 2 months and for some reason we decided to have it on a Friday Night shopping event @ 7:pm Jan 4, 2013. Well in my fired chicken I found a long hair stuck in the breaded chicken, II bought it to the cashier attention and demanded to speak to the Manger. She said sorry, toss the chicken in the garbage and replace the one piece of chicken. I said NO, you need to make sure your cook's are aware of the careless conduct when preparing the chicken and advise your boss. She told me that she was not boss and to call in the morning. The chicken was extra greasy, hard and with hair. I would NEVER EAT AT A KFC, especially at Markville Mall in Markham, they just renovated and the eating condition was poor.. PLEASE DO NOT EAT KFC!!!

My comments are base on service that I recieved at this location today . ticket #4496 an order was place for two 3 piece meals , it was a carry out order, and we only recieved two 2 piece meals . When I call the store to speak to a manager about the mistake that was made the manager imformed me the I WAS WRONG and that he prepared the orders himself . I am not looking for handouts or free food . I just wanted what I paid for thats all . To tell me that it's not possible for the order to be wrong is calling me a lier and that is unprofessional . we also had a chicken pot-pie on the order that had a bone in it . I hope some type of action is taken reguarding this matter . In the people service business GREAT SERVICE IS KEY !

Service was mediocre. Gravy is watered down, the fries I got were old. The chicken tasted the same. Don't order the fries and gravy here!

This is my closest location. Now I'm driving a couple extra miles to another KFC location. Here's why: Several times they've been out of the chicken selection I wanted to order (extra crispy). Booth style seating has broken-down cushions and is often dirty. I tried to contact them the other night to confirm their hours. They didn't answer the phone. Called another KFC location in Shakopee, MN. They answered their phone and they were open. I went there and had a nice dinner in a clean restaurent.

I waited for at least 5 min. before someone even came to the window. When the lady came to take my order, they didn't have everything that I wanted, so I took what they had. However, taking what they had still took 15 min! When I got back to my job, I was discovered I was given the wrong thing!!! I tried calling the store ( at least 7 times) and NO answer!!!

This location is horrible. My husband and I were in line waiting for the people in front of us to get their order filled. Nearly 15 minutes later.. Still waiting. A 2nd woman came, we thought, to open the 2nd register. Oh no. She closed the ONLY open register, sat the money tray on the counter and started counting money, and no one ever took our order. We told her we can pay with a card. and she said "she has to do this anyways". We ended up walking out and going to bojangles. The manager of this location should be fired, along with the two rude cashiers. I will NEVER go here again, and will encourage everyone I know also to do the same.

It is amazing how incompetent the young supervisor girls are and lazy. There was young guy that use to work there up until this summer that was awesome. He gave excellent customer service and was a hard worker. I never saw him just sitting in the little office like the girls and he always assisted the other employees and made sure customers were taken care of. His name was Danny. I miss seeing him at the counter. Its to bad KFC lacks in keeping talented people yet chooses to hold onto the dumb girls. They need to get Danny back he was a big positive to the store and he said he really liked his job. What happened? Bring him back

I went in last night for quick dinner to take home. The staff were so friendly and kind. I was offered a free drink because the biscuits weren't ready and they kept me informed of the wait time. They treated me like we were in an upscale restaurant, not a fast food place. Very courteous & professional!

This place has a pretty inside and good area for you to dine in, however they are always out of something. It would not be a good place to order dinner because sometimes at night they run out of chicken. Crazy right? A chicken restaurant that runs out of chicken. Plus they get your order wrong, and the employees arent rude but they do not have the best customer service skills. I would say thank you they would not respond, they dont welcome you or ask how you are doing... just a shame. But the food isnt that bad when they do have it sometimes the chicken is a little on the salty side but the sides are good. But I decided to stop going here and start going to another KFC.

I've never had a good experience at this KFC location. Today one person working the counter, two customers, six or more employees present. The counter lady walked away to get something left off a previous customers order, we waited, waited, waited then walked out. Why couldn't she ask one of the other employees to wait on us? Location is dirty and I'll drive across town instead of going there again. Quite frankly I'm amazed they haven't shut the place down by now.

My husband and I pulled into the drive thru and ordered a #6 based on the photo, which showed a boneless piece of chicken, a roll, french fries. The chicken was extremely dried out, both pieces were quite small. My side of sweet corn had no flavor, no water, no butter and was completely dried out. There were also no fries in the box. We were very disappointed with the meal and will never go back.

Ok it starts off like this me: yes can i have a snacker combo plain w/wedges also let me get a chicken bites combo w/ wedges never mind scratch the wedges give me mash ok then we get to the window and i ask for mayo packs we dont have packs w/attitude ok well can we get bbq sauce it will be .17 ok i ask for my sauce to not be placed in the bag because i dnt want the pack on my son wedges jst in case they had dropped the sauce on the floor prior to us visiting the store cause i have phobias the cashier slams the window and tells the manger she not going to deal with us after we payed for an extra sauce an mind you i get a sauce with my chicken bites long story short the cashier was very rude and disrespectful the manger on the other hand was very polite i get home the snackers have pickles on them the chicken is cold the chicken bites was cold so i didnt get to enjoy my meals so now i have to retun to the store tomorrow and get fresh food redicouls im very disappointed because i visit place on the reg. smh in dis belief.....for future im going to go a futher distance for great customer service...
