GREAT SANDWICH

My entire office orders from here frequently. The food is always fresh and delicious. We have always had fast, friendly service. Would definately recommend them!

Review for: Jimmy John's Gourmet in Lansing, MI

Terrible

downtown Lansing MI. Lettuce wraps should be cheaper than bread sandwiches, lettuce is cheap. Lettuce wrap had 4-5 huge pieces of lettuce, 2 slices of turkey, a slice of cheese, ton of mayo, it was disgusting.

Made my day.

Great phone service, fast delivery, sweet delivery guy and even the perfect sandwich!! Made my day. It's nice to see that you can still get A1 service somewhere!

Review for: Jimmy John's Gourmet in Cape Girardeau, MO

Bad

The drink was all syrup, there was no lettuce on my BLT, and they rang me up for the chips I asked for but brought me the wrong ones. I complained, which I have never done in all my Jimmy John eating travels and they did NOTHING. Won't be going back there.

Review for: Jimmy John's Gourmet in Madison, WI

food and service

Went to JJ today as I have often done over the past many years. I went to the Mineral Point store where I found the cashier to be rude. The sandwich was terrible. Made with stale bread and little or no meat on the #11 I order, To top it off the cookie was also stale with very few chocolate chips. I would have been better off to just order a loaf of day old bread. I would have save $8 and got what I paid for.
