I would never recommend this location to anyone. They were so rude and even hung up on me when I asked a question about the taxes they did for me. They said I did my taxes wrong and I pointed out that they did my taxes and not me. It tools months of calling to get anyone to answer and respond to my call. They would say they will look into it and get back to me and I had to keep calling to speak to someone. I have never been treated so rude and want to look into reporting this to the better business bureau.

I recently went into the Jackson Hewitt office at 288 S. Larkin Ave, in Joliet, Il. to have my income tax prepared. Miss Jammie Hosey did a great job. She is friendly, smart, and a joy to do business with. The price was very, very fair. I will be doing my taxes with her every year from now on. Thanks Jammie!!!!!

Great experience! Robert is a very good tax man, also friendly and helpful, he goes the extra mike. Works diligently and gets all the refunds possible. Will be going to him from now on!

The lady in the back room is the most unprofesional tax preparer. Had no manner and would not come out and try to resolve the issue in a civilize way instead the make you feel like they gonna throw you under the bus. I would not recommend this as a good or friendly place to do your taxes.

I will never go back to this place again. I got letter from IRS because Jackson Hewitt claimed some educator credits that were not for me.. since I am not a teacher but seems that the owner John did not care and without asking me threw some numbers on the section and now I am in troubles. I did know what he did till I went back and asked for my 1040 because they do not give the 1040 unless you ask.. What!! do I have to ask for my 1040?

Had called the number provided and got a call center... instead of the actual location and people who have done my taxes. I got to speak to a woman who apparently slept through her English and phone etiquette classes.. was never given the number to my actual tax location! I paid almost 500 dollars to have my taxes prepared you think speaking to them wouldn't have been such a huge deal! I finally just hung up on her!!!

I had use Jackson Hewitt for my taxes for the last 3 years and I like their professionalism. I am very happy with the service and my return! I like that i have the same preparer every year.
