I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for a reply and not got one I ordered a Mulig shelving unit a week ago the reply at the time said it would be delivered on September 13th by parcel force I assumed it meant 2013 the time is now three o clock and no parcel after waiting in all day I will not be dealing with Ikea again

Calling the store is a very frustrating process. If you don't enter an extension number the automated system hangs up the call. So I tried all combinations I could, but ended up pushing 000000000 until the automated system sent my call to customer service. Where I ended up on hold for a very long time before someone picked up. I don't live in Orlando, so I needed to call before I drive 5 hours to the store only to find they don't have the item I need/want. It shouldn't be that frustrating to do business!

My husband and I just purchased a new house and wanted to furnish a guest bedroom. We were able to do so at a great price and the room looks great. Thanks Ikea for all the ideas and wonderful products. It is absolutely worth the drive (about an hour and 1/2) Will iwthout a doubt be back for more. :)
