I am trying to buy a tree or small plant for my aunt's back yard in memory of her sister/my aunt who passed recently and no matter what I type in I cannot get to your your site to shop. How do I spend my money with you if I can't get to you?

I love going to the Hialeah Gardens Home Depot. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.

Excellent service! although when you walk through the store it may seem as if no one is coming to help you....I've thought this myself, but if you go find an associate who's not already with a customer, they really do go the extra mile to find you what you are looking for. even as far as searching their competitors websites trying to find a product that they don't carry. I was actually send to wallmart. I was very impressed that they took the time to help me even though they knew they couldn't make the sale. very pleased!!

Recently moved back to Canada and was warned by family and friends of the difference in customer service here in Canada and in the US. This store employs a few individuals that apparently have not been trained on customer service, maybe haven't been trained in it, or just don't care. Bottom line, the few bad hurt the good...and the bottom line numbers for Home Depot. I encourage those that have bad customer service to speak with a manager. Change doesn't happen off of 1 or 2 complaints!

Hours of operation are WRONG on this site. Also hours are not posted on store doors.

Went online before going to store, showed Clareview store had 26 of the 6 inch only had 1 bent. I needed 6 had lots of 8 inch never bought because needed all to finish job. When helped by staff I informed them what it showed online my response was do you know what store your at I do not think this is how you want your staff to talk to customers.

I am delighted to visit your branch in Military hwy, Norfolk, va. You have an outstanding people, supervisor and manager. We are new in housing project and we have your people walk us through all areas where we need help. There undivided attention help us save time and get the right stuff we need. I love the way they treated us. Our questions were answered accurately. Even the person who help us push the cart and put our stuff in the truck has an outstanding attitude, his smile and conversation with us I felt like they are owners of the company.

Call before you drive 45 minutes to the store to find out it closes at 6 not 8!

The store hours are horrible, compared with other locations.

Carpet was to be installed today. Two pieces of furniture was in the room so the gentleman said another crew would come this afternoon to install the carpet and he left. He completely lied about the other crew coming to install. I called the installation company who knew nothing about any of this. I've waited months for the carpet and now I have to reschedule my work hours again to have the carpet installed next week. Extremely disappointed in Home Depot. Would never order again and will tell everyone I know of this horrible experience.

Or Rabbits, Snakes, Birds. All the other clutter that makes your speedy shopping so much fun. Maybe a hot day exception?

I agree with the review "No Help Available". I have been looking for a quote from Home Depot to get new kitchen cabinets. Twice I have been in the cabinet section and had to ask around for someone to help me. The assistant manager paged someone and no one came. That happened 2 times too many its a turn off to purchase my cabinets at Home depot. After all we had spent $4000 on appliances at Home Depot and Purchased a garden shed over $1000. You think they would appreciate our business. North Bay Home Depot is a turn off!

With receipt in hand and dated 5/25/14 less then a mth ago I was unable to return my broken equipment. This was after a interrogation of how the tool was used. After confirming no use or misuse of the tool I was told they couldn't except it. If retards could fly I would consider this Home Depot an airport and Shelly Captain Fatback.

I had a laminate floor installed in my kitchen. This was done by ACS, the installers for Home Depot. The work was sloppily done and I Emailed the installers and Corporate Headquarters of Home Depot, with pictures of the problems attached. No response from either one.

Fabulous customer service. From needing random hardware for a toddler bed rail to painting my kids rooms, my first time painting, the staff got me everything I needed. Always helpful!

I purchased Bali Blinds from Home Depot. The valances provided have visible gaps that look like cracks. I was told that I would be provided glued valances twice and then Home Depot took back the offer and instead offered a 10% discount. The valances look terrible.

Assistance was always super super helpful but finding all the products break after a month- lighting, shower handles, faucets. Low prices means really crappy materials.

Checked the website for store hours. Went there and found out it didn't open till 7. Website said 6.

The staff in the lumber section does a very good job at helping me with any questions and concerns I have about buying and using the wood they have for sale, and much more. They are very knowledgeable, team oriented, dedicated, efficient and more! My frequent experiences with the team in lumber/wood section has always been A+++ They have helped me so much! Home Depot in Chilliwack is far above ANY of the stores in Chiliwack The staff always acknowledges the customers -it is easy to maneoeuver around etc BUT most important is the customer service -not so with the other Well known store that is in the same area - one can literally bump into an employee and still be ignored- A huge thumbs up to the staff at this location

Terrible C.S. Rude and condescending managers! Home depot reserves the right to take back returns at any time for whatever reason at all, and this store likes to threaten and use this policy freely!

Couldn't even get paint mixed, at 7:45 am, approximately 10 people in store. Paint guy in the department, sees me waiting, than is n nowhere to be found. Called and complained to manager. Best he could come up with is they were short staffed! Some franchise, gilroys will get my money from now on.

I took a shopping cart and an employee told me he was about to use it and gave me a dirty look. Almost allemployees are rude and unhelpful. Its amazing how bad it is!

Extremely disappointed. We order blinds from this Home Depot since mid June and still not getting all the blinds. On Sunday, October 20, 2013, my husband came to the store to find out about our blinds order and why it is taking so long, the manager on duty was extremely rude to my husband. He said to my husband "I don't know and today is Sunday so there is nothing I can do about it." What kind of service is that? It is ashamed to have manager who behaved this way toward a customer. I regretted that I ordered blinds with them. This is a waste of time

Called in for price on special electrical wire. Associates were busy , but special services took my inquiry and called right back with an answer. Impressive.

I usually avoid shopping at Home Depot and I was under the assumption that they have poor customer service. When I decided to shop there one day because I was unable to find the products I was looking for in other dept. stores around, I realized that my assumptions had no truth into it. I had a very good experience. I had all my questions answered and received help almost from the cashier to the store manager. Good experience.

I had a job interview today at 9:30, I got there at 9:00pm exactly. Me and another lady sit and wait for 10 minutes, then some guy shows up and say the interviews were cancelled, why didn't we get a phone call, or an email stating this? I called the manager at 11:00 to see if it was true, and he gives me some crappy story saying the position was filled already, why still accept applications? I just got that call this Monday so how are you filled? This better not be no race issue or anything, because all you see is guy employees, like a female can't lift 50 pound boxes, I moved my bed frame/mattress/box spring around all together and it's wood........... 80 pounds!

Made a special trip at 9:30pm Friday since this site said they are open til 10pm. I'll go to competitor tomorrow.

Yesterday I bought a shed from Home Depot, 75% of it was wet and extremely moldy. I am allergic to mode and my man is an insulator by trade so he knows what I was sold is hazardous. I phoned yesterday and someone from the seasonal department said they would phone me back and never did. The manager lady today was very unfriendly and talked back to me in such a way I had to walk away. This hazardous material is stuck all over my yard and because I have to work they will not remove it tomorrow. I then arranged with the park office to help me by being available between 10 and 2 but that wasn't good enough either. This Is Hazardous Materials in my yard, this must be taken care of immediately. Saturday Sept 14th 11:30 am.

I was put on hold for 10 min three times for the paint department , kept getting switched back to customer service or direct me to the every time, the last time asking to get paint on the phone or direct me with the manager. The girl at customer service desk said she would get someone on right away, being put on hold for another 5 minutes, then hung up on me. At least 20 minutes of my time to ask a simple question. Unbelievable. Is your store THAT understaffed? Do they have a habit of hanging up on frustrated customers? I called Rona and it took two minutes to get my question answered. I've spent lots of cash at this location and feel insulted being treated in this manner.

There is a Pro cashier that works at this store that has a history of hitting on married men.  She  has even been with a married man who was a co worker. All I can say ladies is tell you husband to stay away from the blonde Canadian that works in the lumber checkout . She is very manipulative and will draw them into her web of disaster.  The management seems not to care about her ways and will let her continue to destroy families. I would stay away from the Deer Park Home Depot at all cost.

Jenn in customer service has been a great help over at the Decatur store. She works so hard and she deserves a promotion.

I come here about 3x a week. It's big and the employees are really helpful. They keep their shelves stocked well. I am loyal customer and it's gonna stay that way.

I went to Home Depot today I needed to build a platform for my mother that just moved in with me to get in her bed. I told Jon and Reyes the measurements I needed explained to them what it was for. Reyes told Jon what to do and he cut the wood I needed. Jon cut the wood and also nailed it together for me. He used scrapes and I only had to buy one piece of wood for 99 cents. I cant tell them how much I appreciated it and it was perfect.

Purchased a shower faucet in cash and lost my receipt. When I went to use it (months later) found out one of the connections was bent. I took it in to exchange it and they offered a credit that was nowhere near what I paid for it because they quit carrying the item. I spoke to the manager who told me that I was lucky to get that, because he didn't think I deserved anything. When I explained to him that he wasn't the only hardware store in town, he shrugged his shoulders at me. Don't spend your money here! They don't care about the customers and apparently don't need your business.

I have a problem getting someone from Homedepot to return phone calls after I call them about a item I purchased there. Each time I call I'am told the person who handles that item is busy with a customer and will call me back. I leave my name and number, but no return calls do I get. This has happen to me twice in the last four months, if the items were smaller I could just get in the car and take them back.

The knowledgable service representatives make it possible to do more than you can imagine. From the right tools, materials and techniques, they can guide you. They can also come do the job for you. This store has everything, from beautiful plants to beautiful fixtures. Even the cashiers seem super happy and are friendly. Best of all, they loaded the heavy materials into my car. Never thought of myself as a DIYer, but this Home Depot made me see the light!

I would shop here if it would save my life. I gave this store 1 star, but really wish that I could give it less...much less. I have never had a shopping experience that I despised more than this Home Depot. The employees are rude, bordering on hostile,(when you can tear them away from their conversations with each other.). The managers must be chosen from the reject pool of undesirable collections agents. The merchandise is scattered around the store in the most unorganized, inconvenient way possible and most are torn open. If you should make it to a cashier and actually check out, the cream of the drunken cesspool of humanity crop is waiting outside to forcibly load your vehicle and then demand large payment. Don't even think about asking about their customer service,(as that statement is an oxymoron.). Do yourself a favor and find a "mom & pop" hardware store. If you find that they have been put out of business by Home Depot, the "L" Home Improvement megastore is better.

This Home Depot has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any in the area. They are readily available for questions. The store is well-organized and clean. Kudos!

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Wife and I joke that we would much rather browse and walk through here than any mall. If you have any Inclination as a 'do it yourselfer' they can help with what you lack in skill & knowledge.

we go to the Novi store to avoid having to deal with the rude salespeople at the Farmington Hills store. we had a particular bad experience with a women in the paint department. the Novi store is further away from our home,but the salespeople there are very courteous and helpful.

I had a problem with a product. Home Depot was no longer responsible for warranty. I got no satisfaction from manufacturer. I called store manager explained problemds and that I knew store was no longer responsible, but asked if someone could help me negotiate. In a few short hours my defective product was replaced. Thank you Home Depot and great management.

This Home Depot has one of the best looking garden around the area. They are super helpful and friendly. They have much variety and is cheaper than their competition. If you want good looking flowers. You found the right place.

Home Depot still sell the 1800 series washer.I bought one and now the hose has a hole in it. Home Depot do not have a replacement hose. The manufacture do not have a replacement to the point that they no longer show a replacement on their website. It's now summer and washers are now in use. If they are not suppling parts now, maybe the manufacturer is discontinuing this line and buyers will be stuck and will have to buy another washer

Store manager Fiona was very helpful in sorting out defective mechanism return after another emplyee initial blew us off saying there was nothing she could do and it was not that stores problem. Fiona demonstrated excellent people skills and problem solving. Calmed my husband down,solved our problem and salvaged a loyal customers relationship.

I attempted to return an HVLP paint sprayer and was only offered in store credit even though i had the receipt.

We recently added on to our house so I have been frequenting Home depot in Lancaster PA a lot. Occasionally I have bought the wrong item and the return desk clerk (Luz Acosta) has always been wonderful....very friendly and efficient! Thank you!

I just want to say a great big thank you for the service department of new Mina's Home Depot . After a little misunderstanding with my deck order that was delivered promptly the manager not only got back to me immediately but made it right including super fast delivery of the correct items. It is hard to find great customer service like this. Thank you. Also thanks for the price match it was a pleasure.

Due to the fact that my husband is a Commercial/Residential General Contractor and Gardening is my number one passion, Home Depot is like our 2nd home. We took our lawn mower in 5 weeks ago! The older man would not listen to us that we had bought a extended warranty, he tried working on it for 35 min, we had an appt, he wouldnt listen ,so we were late. We paid 599.oo for a new lawnmower, and 75.oo for xtended warranty, for a reason! So we didnt have this hassle,we have been ignored, not called back ,told it was sent to Honda factory, but 3 weeks later find it was never sent. I have been paying the neighbor to mow my lawn, and finally you guys me a loaner, and it dont work!! SO its Tuesday,5 1/2 weeks later,was told by a manager it be done today,and would get a call.Nope,no call, I had to call at 6:30PM, AND GUESS WHAT????? Its not done

had an experience Friday may 24 your older advisor in electric is a gem ..do it yourself in electric is very dangerous at best .I listened while he guided one gent. with a prob. he then saved myself from buying the wrong things Peter I believe is his name age 80 + take care of this treasure

I have been renovating my bathroom and am unfamiliar with supplies etc needed and these three people, Theresa, Pro Dept Supervisor, Steve, Pro Account Sales Associate, Tom, who answered the phone to check on delivery of my tub surround were all exceptionally helpful. I am very grateful, thank you.

When I got to the store I was lost as usual, however, Glenn a Manager there helped me find the needed. Bought the exact quantities that he thought it should be enough and i didn't have to waste and extra money or effort.

Go ahead try and find a staff member to help you. Plus the retired fellows working there look at you like your stupid when you ask a question. Home depot should be very proud of these workers. There the main reason i go to Rona or lowes now.

Today I went to Home depot(10:14AM) to buy new blinds.

The H/D man assisiting me remained, polite patient and very helpful. I left the store with what I needed & at no time did he ever make me feel uncomfortable because I was a women and not always sure of the correct tems to use. Just thought I should let you know.

Horrible experience. I took the time to call the day before to request the rental of a trailer, and was told to show up the next morning. I arranged the use of a vehicle and was timing the chance of rain perfectly. Upon my very early arrival, I was told that both trailers were out of commission. Then after speaking to the store manager, I got a wimpy "I'm sorry". Wow! Customer service is quickly dying.

Today, April 26, my husband and I received excellent service/assistance from Tim while we were trying to find a barbecue with specific requirements. Tim was extremely helpful - patiently going out of his way to accomodate - we were unsuccessful but are very appreciative of his time and effort. When at your store again we will seek Tim out.

I use this store for many different items. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the items in their department. I use my military discount without any problem. I have a dog. There is never a problem bringing him in the store. (He is a certified therapy dog).

I had the pleasure of interview w/Sean on Friday afternoon for a Bath/Kitchen Associate position. It was the most comprehensive interview I've had. He was pleasant and easy to speak to;he was informative about the position and interested in my detailed answers. In fact everyobne I met that day was kind and friendly. I do hope I get the job!

Without a doubt, this is the best Home Depot in all of Knoxville. Friendly associates, great help, and good merchandise.

I recently purchased cabinets for my kitchen. I went into Home Depot numerous times and had to search for help. Staff members would walk pass without helping because it was not their department. I don't know how many times I heard that. I am not saying that all staff members are this way. My husband recently went in to pick up cabinets that we ordered. He waited 15 minutes at customer service for help. My husband then proceeded to pick up one more cabinet from the shelves and the sales associate kept bringing him the wrong product stating that it was the same thing when it clearly was not. We still have more purchases to make to finish our kitchen and we have decided not to purchase at Home Depot. Your customer service is unbelievable.

I purchased a vent-a-hood in Sept or Oct 2012. Took installers atleast 2 weeks to install...everything worked fine. January 2013, vent-a-hood stops working (fan and light); reported to Home Depot in Clinton, where purchased. I've called several times to report it still no response. Last called 3/18/2013; spoke with same person, Lisa, suppose to call me back and still have not received call and vent-a-hood is still not working. Please help.

A great place to shop!

I tried to purchase some bags of paver sand. First of all, there where only about ten bags on the shelf and every one of them had a tear in it. By the time i got it to the car half the sand was missing. Unacceptable!!

I remember only one person from the store but he made my day because he offered to help me load my thing in my car and his name was i think -javier.

This store has the worse kitchen/bath renovation department customer service. I had to work with a man named Monte for a bathroom renovation and he was rude and sarcastic with me. I cancelled any order with him and went elsewhere. I went back for kitchen work. I tried and was unsuccessful with him again and went elsewhere. I do not think that Monte is very good for your customer service relations. You lost me as a customer

We purchased a complete Kitchen from this location which was designed by JIM. We also purchased new Windows [22] the service provided by the Home Depot and its staff was excellent and I would highly recommend this store on Elmwood avenue, Buffalo to everyone.

I was in the store after work at approx. 7:30pm this thursday, jan. 24 looking for flooring fo the entire house i'm finishing, I searched for an associate for over 20 min! I found someone in plumbing who paged for a flooring associate 3 times without anyone showing up. Needless to say, i spent a large amount of money ($7000+) at lowes where there was an associate available immediately who was more than happy to help.
