I want to tell you how sorry I am about my daughter's behavior in your restaurant.The manager handled things in a professional manner.I was totally embarrassed by her behaviour.Your staff was great and so were you.I always told my children to respect every one.
This was the worst Harveys I have ever been too the service I got was the worst ever my friends and I will never go back to this Harveys if I wanted someone to be rude to me I can stay home and get that not get it from some blonde girl that thinks she knows everything and the treatment I got from the asst manager was really bad as well but I really think it was the same girl
This is not a Harvey, this is a Tim Horton, making lot mileage for noting.
This store is very slow at take out window and very often mixes up your order. I bought a cheeseburger yesterday that was inedible due to the fact that so much mustard was put on it that you could not taste anything else! the bun was saturated with mustard and it was leaking all over the side. I will not eat at or order from this Harveys/ Swiss chalet again.
This is a great location that provides surprisingly fun service and great food at a particularly fast rate by part time employee's during the weekend. This is also an awful location that provides frustrating service, poor food at a slow rate by the owner and his wife during the week days. Seriously, when the teenagers who probably don't even care working on the weekend do the better job, you have a problem. Rated 2 stars because it is a fantastic place two out of the seven days it's open.
It was nice to receive the coupon book for Harvey's but does not contain locations? I reside in West Kelowna, bc If I did not have a computer I wuld have a difficulty in finding locations. Plus are all locations honouring this promotion?
I visited one time there and will never go to this Woodlawn location, one of the staff members working behind the counter was very rude not only on the customers but on her staff members. She's no respect for others. I would prefer going to place where service is provided with smile on their face.
The service is terrible when you order from Harvey's and Swiss Chalet .My burgers were ready in 5 minutes but the Swiss Chalet took 30 minutes. My burgers were sitting in a bag for half an hour and were not good. I actually think my order was forgotten because a large line up of people received their meals before me. Not impressed. Next time I will visit McDonalds.
