Terrible customer service food was cold store manager didn't know how to manage and rude and send food out with out all the food on and this was manager and didn't want you to have there customer service number

This morning I took my patient,for breakfast..The staff was great,always asking if everything was ok.We felt good..My 61 year old patient,loved it...And seeing how the manager did a wonderful deed,I just loved it....Thank you...
I have loved Grandy's since I was just a boy. I would always get the country fried steak meal with yeast rolls, honey, white gravy and mashed potatoes. They also have the best chicken livers that you can get anywhere. I used to get the chicken livers there at least once a week. Grandy's you will be forever missed.
I love grandys but the last few times I have come to this location the food and service was poor. The baked beans were good, but my chicken was soggy, my peach cobbler was cold and stale, and the staff was not polite. If I'm paying $10 for a fast food meal I expect it to be hot and fresh. I will not be coming back here.
They dont listen or care about keeping a customers business when they jack up your order
First two bad experiences - complained to the manager...three strikes - you're out! Have been in at lunch for chicken - no chicken. Went in for breakfast - during breakfast - no line, took 20 minutes for the order to be filled for 7 people...and then part of the order was wrong 3rd - went in Sunday morning at 9 for the delicious cinnamon rolls...they didn't have any... Also most fast food places have someone greet you as you walk in the door or at the very least have someone ready to take your order...not here!
I went to grandys this morning,drive thru.and when I got home,I noticed the food I was about to eat had to have been days old.hash brown was very dark and greesy and was obviously more than a day old.it was disgusting looking,and the buiscuit was way under cooked.if I would have eatin what they gave me,no doubt I would have become sick.I could not go back up there to complain and I could not find the reciept.I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know ,do not eat there ! They do not care about there food or customers.I can't believe they sold that trash to me,it should have been in the garbage.also,I did not want to give this location any stars,but I had to give one star just so I can post this.:(
I eat at this Grandy's 2 or 3 times a week. The establishment is clean and the service is very good. The food is reasonably priced and the quality is excellent for the cost. I am particularly fond of the roast chicken. Best I have ever had anywhere! Seasoned just right and never dry. I would highly recommend giving it a try....
I use to eat at grandys when I lived in Texas. My question is, why can't u consider putting restaurant in Arkansas ? It is wonderful, I miss the availability now that I live in Arkansas
