tough job and they made it right

They changed the master & slave cylinder on my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. Then they replaced the bushing on the peddle. Still not working just right they replaced the master cylinder again (at NO CHARGE) - that was the trick. It now shifting like a young transmission again. Thanks to Travis & Terry we got it in gear.

Service

I highly recommend this store to everyone. They deliver what they say they can do. The customer service from the mechanics to the cashier is excellent.. They fixed by brakes in a very timely manner and was very reasonable.

Terrible work

Mechanics said we needed all new brakes, front rotars and rear drums. We did not need new drums. We took our vehicle to a local well known brakes service location and they did the work for less money. Then we found out Goodyear had over-filled the oil!! So they actually had to drain some

Great Service

They provided great service and were very friendly and helpful. They were not aggressively trying to push me towards paying for additional services and were kind and courteous. The costs for services were very good.

HORRIBLE!!!!

My mother spends her winters in florida. Her brother told her she needed new tires so she went here. Not only did they tell her a bunch of stuff was wrong and charge her almost $700 to have it fixed the employees there stole her kindle and her phone charger out of her car! When she called to complane all they would say is that doesn't happen here! Completely unaceptable to cheat and steal from a 70 year old women!

unprofessional

my check engine light came on and i went to this location to find out what the problem was. I waited at the counter for 10 mins as I saw the manager cutting up with one of the employees in the back room before i was assisted. when the manager came back and told me the gas filter needed changed and that it would cost $800, naturally i was curious and started asking questions. he gave choppy non-specific explanations and wouldn't even look me in the eyes when he was talking. i'm taking my vehicle to the always helpful, friendly Goodyear in acworth (40mi from me) that i used to go to before i moved for a second opinion.

new to colorado

When I first moved here in Colorado from Texas, I never knew anything about purchasing tires or anything. So after moving here I noticed That I neede new tires, so every tire place I went to their proces were outrages. So I took A chance on Goodyear, And they treated me like a customer and not like a pocket book, They gave me the best deals that they had because I neede 4 new tires, I was only going to buy 2 but they made everything so affordable for me to be able to purchase 4 NEW tires! And when I neede new brakes, goodyear once again came up with a service that fit my budget. So I dare not go anywhere else, for Goodyear realy does threat me good. So as far as I'm concerned no other car care place will ever outdo Goodyear for me! God bless Goodyear! Thank you once again for treating me like family:)

Go somewhere else

I brought in my truck to have a new set of rims and tires put on. The salesmen only showed me one set of tires. I started to ask more questions about tires and he fumbled around. I ended up looking up tires on my phone and deciding on them myself. Then after they put them on they drove the truck out with no hub caps on. The "mechanic" told me I needed new lug nuts to get my caps to fit. I took the truck home and put the hub caps right on! I started to drive the truck after I had the work done and around 55 miles the steering wheel started to shake violently. I had to take the tires and get them RE balanced at a different shop. The whole time I was there these guys were pestering me to buy all kinds of fluid changes and other types of work totaling in about a thousand dollars! I don't recommend this shop for anyone that can't tell if they are being lied too.

Terrible customer service

I just left this Goodyear store. I had arrived with a persistent leak in my passenger front tire. I wasn't sure which tire shop to go to, so I decided to just go to the place that had the same name as on my tires. They were the ones that came with my truck. After going out of my way to get to Goodyear, they told me to leave my truck with them for three hours. THREE HOURS! I declined and took my truck to Les Schwab. They had the screw out and me on my way in about 20 minutes.

Worst service ever!!

1.The guy at the front desk is always rude. 2.They are always busy if you have a free coupon. 3.They cracked the radiator pipe of my car. 4.I got a tire rotation done. They broke the lug nuts of the wheel of car,and put in fake ones. I got to know of this two weeks later ,when I saw only three lug nuts in my wheel

Don't waste your time.

Worst goodyear business I have ever been in. Horrible customer service, I had to wait 30min to have Ronnie pick up multiple phone calls, avoiding my presence and the worst part was that there were no customer infront of me. This is from the assistant manager, imagine the staff! Complete waste of time!! Guaranteed you will wait hours longer than normal for simple task (oil change). Worst management!! Expect side bar conversation within employees. Area is ghetto and honestly you can't expect more for a business that hires unqualified unprofessional, and definitely nonproductive staff/management!!

I have experienced better

Upon arrival they did not have the tires we ordered though their website claimed to stock tires within 48 hours. They kept our car for 2 hours, then told us the tires that would fit our car are more expensive. Maybe it's because store managers are paid on upselling tires.

Horrible service

I took my truck into this place and they tried to overcharge me twice! I got 4 new tires and they broke one of my hubcaps. I also got an oil change and they overcharged me for that as well. This is no way to run a business. Why don't business owners realize that an unhappy customer means they will not return and not recommend them to their friends? I should of went to Firestone across the street!

horrible service

Because these guys are in our neighborhood and we try to support our local stores, we tried them. There service is not done in a timly manner. They tell you alot of things are wrong when they are not. If you dispute with them...they put you on hold. They don't call you when your car is ready. I am sorry we brought service agreements with them... it is like pulling damn teeth to get them to honor it with no questions or excuses.

Take a photo of your car before leaving it there!

I purchased 4 tires at the Goodyear location in Clark and they lost or damaged the round piece (Im told its called a clip ) that goes in the middle of the hub cap. I called the location and spoke to the Manager whose response was I dont know what to tell you....its not here After more arguing he told me that the car never came in with it. OF COURSE IT CAME IN WITH IT!!!! Im not stupid, I know what my hub cap looked like before I brought it in and what it looks like now............WITH A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE!!!! He did his best to make me sound like I had no idea what I was talking about. I know Im a woman and shouldnt know too much about cars but I do know that my hub caps came in with a round piece in the middle and now there is a hole! I will be writing to Goodyear Executive Management about my experience. They just lost a customer!

Two Thumbs Up!

Monday, November 12, while driving home to Michigan we ran over a large shredded tire from a semi-truck destroying our radiator. We limped into The Clinton Goodyear Auto Service and it was better than being at home. Everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. It was quite a delay for us, but the Jones' went out of their way to get us back on the road again. Clinton is blessed to have such people operating this Goodyear Auto Service Center.

George was helpful & crew stayed on task replacing a $600.00 tire on my sport car. He is a good humored nice fellow. George visibly cringed when he found out the cost to do the work for me. He also called Chevy to see if it was under warranty. He took initiative I didn't ask him to go the extra mile for me. This Goodyear location is safe to take your tire needs to. In my opinion.

These guys are special. The gold standard

I brought my 07 Honda accord in for a noise in the car. It was intermittent. Turned out it was the cabin filter misinstalled. I had it installed at the dealer. they didn't put the cover in properly and was cauing a noise in the dash. They reinstalled the filter correctly and didn't even charge me. I have never had service like that. What a great experience. The best.

Sevices

These people don’t have the KNOW-HOW or the ABILITY to repair your vehicle. WillerWinn Goodyear is close to my home, that’s the reason I took my car there. When they inspect my car they charged a service charge and didn’t even find the defective part that was in front of them. I needed to show them the part that was bad and then they wanted to fix it. There was no way I was going to let them do any work on my car. I get in my car and took to a reliable shop to get the work done. This was not the first time I have been there, but thought after a few years later they may have changed personal. Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! The experience I had with them was the same then as today. They’re also very rude to their customs. I would suggest going somewhere else for tiers or an inspection or any other type of work!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE
