have had a manager step in front of me at check out- mumble something-never looked Some stockers block aisle and won't move so I can pick up an item.Gave up on seafood angry clerk.

Treat new employees like shi- and have very unprofessional and un trustworthy management staff never ever apply for a job there you will be sorry

Gaint Pharmacy has terrible customer service

The woman working the front counter at this pharmacy was unprofessional and rude. Because she was busy with the one other person waiting behind me, she rushed through answering my questions and refused to call my insurance company to handle the issue at hand. I was informed she would get to it if she had a chance. I returned to get my unfulfilled prescription. I could not wait until she was able to get around to handling my issue so I decided to take it to a real pharmacy, she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. Completely unprofessional and I will never be using this pharmacy again. I would rate this pharmacy less than a one if that were an option.

Giant is the best place for shopping.

I absolutely love this store. Very friendly. The worst...not enough cashiers on the weekend at times but I also understand meeting a budget. Great store!

The staff is always new. The people bagging, when they are there, will put your fruit in the bottom of the bag. Often out of sale items. However, they do have a few good employees.

Constantly Do not have enough lines open..I see the Manager talking to friends or sitting down and never helping by opening a line. This is mostly in the evening

every single time when i went to this giant there western union machine was always down. every single time. i wanted to send some money to my friend because she need some money. and i went there 5 times in last week and there machine is still not working. i m really disappointed and i dont wanna go there again for anything

I have called 6 times to speak to someone in the pharmacy. I get the easy fill recording and I press O to speak to someone and no one answers. Is anyone working there???

If you are in need of a job don't work for giant food stores they treat their employee's like dogs and it''s all about more money in their pocket and not the employee's

I'm on the fence when deciding whether or not to go here. There are advantages: freshest food, beautifully decorated baked goods, bigger isles, inside there is a bank, cafe, pharmacy, customer service desk, and self checkout registers. There are disadvantages: rude employees, large crowds, higher prices, too many advertisers. I'll go here when I'm looking for something specific, but avoid it otherwise. I guess it just depends what you want.

I went there early Saturday and every single employee was Welcoming and Courteous. I thought is it because everyone is fresh or is it some new Customer Training, whatever it sure felt good to not only get in and out so quick but I left with feeling I was the special of the day! Great Job Management.

This store is immaculate always. The majority of staff are excellent in providing awesome customer service. The pharmacy staff for the most part are very professional and helpful. They make you feel like family. TRISH----GIANT and Jamie are the best.

We avoid this store whenever possible. Their selections are inadequate, prices dramatically inflated--especially the produce, the deli service is atrocious and now they stopped their self-imposed penalty program when they "accidentally" overcharge you. You used to get the item free, now they get to overcharge and if you catch them they just give the advertised price--they can only win. Indicative of their indifference to the customer. Now that there is a Harris Teeter and Wegmans we hope they'll be reincarnated into something other than Giant.

I was at this Giant this past week as I frequenty do, the shop was clean and well organized a usual. What impressed me was a young man called Lawrence, his pleasant smile, positive attitude and readiness to help was very exceptional. This young man has great places to go and he deserves an acknowledgement from Giant. This truth is he offered the same great customer serive to the customer before and after me.
