Have been shopping here for years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Low prices for quality items. But if you should have to return/exchange an item they are very understanding.

The store mgr is very rude, he does not care about care about his employees or his customers. He is just their for the money.

This store has closed. Where is the closest one to Florence SC ? I loved shopping here in Florence. It always has a good crowd shopping. We still get sales paper so I thought maybe there was one close to us.

Love this store. Have nice merchandise. I wish they would open up more Fred's. They close them and put them in the smaller towns...I love them too. Hope the Bell Road location remains open.

I love shopping at Fred's, but the smoking inside the store makes it impossible for me to shop. I stopped shopping there because of it.

I was in this store yesterday and was impressed with the amount of merchandise at great prices. But what I was most impressed about was the customer service! Everything was about the customer. The cashiers were friendly and the manager was right on the floor with them when they got busy. Everyone was busy with tasks and very pleasant and helpful.

I am a 65 year old white female and I am a frequent shopper at Fred's Store in Tunica, Ms. I would like to commend one of your employees, Byron Abbey. Byron is familiar with all the items in your store and is always willing to assist your customers with a great attitude.This is not found very often and I think Fred' is blessed to have this young man!

Always have in stock medications that others do not, also at low prices. Pharmacist Tim is kind and understanding with the public, unlike any other pharmacist ive ever met, they're all arrogant idiots that use their power over their patients.

I am a single mother of two & shop at this store often...until tonight. My children love the gum ball machines & always look forward to getting a little treat on the way out. After paying for my merchandise ( totaling over 70.00) I asked for change for a dollar and was refused stating it was store policy not to give change...my 6 yr old little girl burst into tears not understanding why she couldn't get her usual treat on the way out. I will be going next door from now on ...where we are met with a smile & they aim to please the customer!

I was just off a long shift and needing a few things so stopped by to get what i needed. When I got home i noticed my wallet was not in my purse, O NO !! The3 store had closed so the next morning I was first to the door with a frantic look on my face, The store MGR was very cheerful and told me someone found a wallet in the pkg loy and ask me to please discribe it. Well thank GOD it was mine and the cash we still there. I am and will sing the praise of all staff members. Very sweet and human. Thanks for honest folks,,,,, Autumn

Fred's in Lincoln just ripped me off 20 dollars!!! I got $20 cash back off my debit card .... the clerk didn't give to me .... After walking out ... then back in to tell her.... She said they would have to count the till..... after which, they said the drawer was 2 cents shorts .... so they must have given me the $20. I HATE A THIEF!!!!
