nothing personal but to tell u the truth I think fred and all of his constituents are full of shit but then again this is my own opinion.

Employees here are the most dry, non communicative people ever! I'm a very happy person and the person helping me took all that energy from me! The only time I saw him smile was when I was leaving! Don't know if it was a attempt for customer service or just happy that I wasn't bothering him anymore
