not clean

The staff were good. I liked the haircut I got, but their tools (scissors, combs) were not cleaned or sensitized. You could see other people's hair on them. Was gross! I'm not going back there. Hope they change it.

Relax

Great bunch of ladies who do a quick and fabulous job virtually every time. Their years of experience show in their intuitive styling and quick work. Friendly but on occasion a bit chatty for my taste. I will continue to return.

Katelyn is awesome

There's a young girl named katelyn that is really good with my hair :) wouldn't trust any other one with it though, there's one older girl that I can't remember her name, but she is so horrible,I almost cry for the people I see walk away from her work :(

Good cuts cheap

I recently dreaded hearing my stylist was on leave at my regular salon and having gotten terrible cuts before I thought nothing worse than paying full price for a terrible cut. Went to FC because it was cheap and so I had low expectations. I was surprised and got so many compliments on my hair after this cut, the stylist mentioned many of the women there were at salons and went there not all fresh out of school. Kept going back, sorry last stylist.

never again

"you get what you pay for" should be the new slogan for this place. the haircuts are cheap, but every time i go back (like a fool), i have to get it fixed. they have no idea how to cut hair properly and when questioned or told that you want this or that different, they argue with you.
