Two different occasions same issues. No communication from them & there quoted time frames for fixes never met!

Wanted an oil change. $19.99 synthetic oil coupon stated "most vehicles" my modern Honda was not included, but for $55 and a couple of hours They could get to me. Pure bait and switch.

They really take care of you here. They are honest and no sugar coating. As a consumer surveyor I highly recommend them. PS . I meant to give them a 5 star the first time so Im correcting it now!!!

Done of these guys are OK. They really don't even look at your car to see what the real cause your car I'd messing up Yep. They kinda guess. It sucks. I've had my oil change religiously, and find out today they didn't even screw my oil filter in all the way. Wow. Good lord

avoid this location ( ford city mall ) went there for new set of tires and our rims were terrible damaged.

BEWARE OF FIRESTONE on ANTIOCH road Kansas City 64118. I took my car there for an estimate to get my AC fix. They gave me the price which I thought was too high and couldnt afford it at the time. Later I came to pick up my car and couldnt leave the parking lot because I had no brakes. I drove the car there and got stuck in the parking lot because of no brakes. I then talked to the manager who was rude and not friendly at all told me that things like that happen. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. These people are rude and fraud.

They treat their clients with respect and are timely with repairs and always work to meet the customers needs for service. They never blow you off as the entire team works together to better serve all clients. They run things like a well oiled time piece!

See my review on google. They are either very bad at what they do, or clever and sneaky, because the price and time estimate rise as the day progresses.

Went in to get my oil changed. They said I had to have a tune up. My car was running fine and had no problems. They did the "tune up". My check engine light is now on (wasn't before), and the car is making noise and runs rough. Stay away from Firestone, they just want to sells tuff.

I have been to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 3302 S 900 E a few times now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Once they even removed a nail and fixed the hole on a tire I didn't even get there and did not charge me. I have also been here for oil changes with the same positive experiences. I will most certainly use their services again and commend Alex in particular as he is awesome working with customers and working with their needs without pressure.

Good work but will rob you while they're smiling. Also will fix a smaller problem and then later explain how you should fix a bigger problem (that you should have taken care before fixing the smaller problem); so now you have a car that still has a problem and you big bill for the previous. I'm don't mind owing when I've been put in a better situation, but I hate owing and I'm still driving away with a big mechanical problem.

Took 2 of my vehicles in for service on a Sunday. When they were done and later at home I found 1 vehicle was 2 quarts low on engine oil. And the other fluid levels were all low and not topped off. The the guy that works behind the counter the day this happened accused me of trying to get something for free. Poor service and VERY RUDE!!

Manager is rude , vehicle at location 3 hours no answers ? If you have a fleet or commercial vehicle don't waist your time this business . They don't seem to have the correct people or technical skills to provide advertised service.

I went here, frankly, due to being low on cash and having applied for credit with them. Apparently that is their only selling point. After being promised a fix by day end for excessive road noise and shaking, it became 24 hours before they even inspected the vehicle, 2.5 days to completion Rear brakes required special parts they had not anticipated due to my model, a simple alignment took hours until they gave up unfinished, charged me anyway, said they would call about extra parts they would have to order, only to call and say they couldn't figure my car out and I needed to go to the dealer (no refund offered). My impossible to figure out car? A Toyota Corolla.... one of the most common cars on the road. I would suggest they were a scam if not so clearly inept.

I made an appointment for a tire repair covered under my warranty from the tires i purchased from Firestone at this location. To be addressed with repair suggestions needed, in which i declined. To make a long story short i went in for a tire repair to come out and now 3 days later with a gas leak from the fuel filter i never asked to have replaced and they replaced with the old one with broken seals. Now my children and i are suffering from the inhalation from gasoline fumes. Horrible location , bad ser vice and poor customer service.

Oil changes, tires, etc....this is my repair shop for the past 7-8 years. Everybody is nice, they do great work and go out of their way to insure that the customer is satisfied. HIGHLY recommended!

I run a small truck nationwide. I use Firestone while out on the road. They are usually very good at providing services I need. This is the worst Firestone Store I have never stopped at. They don't have a clue on what they are doing and they take for ever to get anything done. Avoid this place if you can. There is no customer service at this store, nor do they have any one with any tire skills. All they know is to sell a tire.

Went for annual inspection for registration. Truck passed but was told I had an oil leak. Brought home & put on ramps. I'm a heavy equipment mech/35 yrs. Oil filter was tight/TIGHT but dripping wet , oil everywhere Suspect a rat/will not be back. Cleaned up/no leaks after two days from work & back....They may have liked if I said "check it out."

I'm known as The Old Curmudgeon. I Don't trust anyone. But I have to say after bringing 3 vehicles to these guys they did what they promised for the price they quoted. Very courteous. Professional work. What more could you ask for. I will be back.

Great service

This has to be the worst repair shop that I've ever used. Prior to my move to Newport News I used Firestone to take care of all of my car repair needs and i was very happy with their service. I haven't gone to the other nearby locations, but this shop is useless. I've used them twice and they have yet to get my car back to me on the same day (basic repairs - nothing serious) after dropping it off in the morning. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and go somewhere else.

went to the store in Hollywood florida. Needed my headlights adjusted. Was told by one of the morons behind the counter they did not do any electrical work. Asked to talk to the manager with about the ssame results he said it needed a special tool. I didn't know that they considered a pair of pliers special. If they didn't want to mess with it they should have just said they were to busy instead of sounding like complete idiots

The guy in the front is very rude he needs to go and get some people skills. Don't even go there at all.

Best Firestone I've ever been to...BEST Customer Service! Gene was so helpful and nice. I could tell he really knows his products/tires and has been doing this for awhile...hands down the best Firestone!

The workers are super friendly,they actally find the problem they don't bullshit you.I like this firestone better than any others I've been too and I've been to a lot of them.

3 hrs for an oil change with 4 cars in garage and a dozen workers??? Thanx firestone for sense of urgency for your customers.

I have used firestone a number of times to get my car serviced and have been very satified but I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon around 2:30 and agreed to have work done on my rack and pinion an was told they would b able do the work an have it ready the next day if there were no complications but they said they ran into some complications so the car would b r eady thursday may 16 close to noon an its now 1:22 an my car is still not ready so after this experience dont think ill bring my car back to that firestone I have had to miss time off of work and I just dont understand y this is takin so long

It is so unfortunate that usually the people that write reviews are the ones that had one bad experience or clashed with a sales rep. Now when they have a good experience they don't take the time to write about it.

I have been to other Firestone location numerous times and have yet to have a problem. Like any place you go to where there are sales involved, the sales people are always going to try to push you a bit.....it's obvious! However, every single time I have been here, the guys have been super nice. There's no BS and they are very curteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you exactly why you need what you need.

I have a Toyota Camry and took it to the dealer for my regular maintenance because it's free with them. The dealer recommended around $700 worth of maintenance. So I decided to go for a second opinion and went to my local Firestone. When I got there, Johnny, the store manager, assisted me, along with David. I told them I wanted an inspection to see what they would recommend.

I was a little apprehensive after reading the previous review thinking I was going to get a laundry list of things. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what my car needed.

All my fluids were up to date and all they recommended was a tire rotation and an alignment. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind for a future visit but told me I was in no hurry. They basically saved me $600 of expenses on worthless repairs that were not needed for my car yet. And best of all, I was only in there for about 40 minutes, including the estimate and what was done to my car. They even suggested that next time I make an appointment if I was in a rush.

So, as a woman I love this place! Knowing that they take the time to show me why my car needs something is great. Great service! Highly recommend!

They have a couple new guys there that really seem to care. I always have a ton of questions and they always take the time to answer them for me and price out any repairs they suggest.

Crappiest Auto Care. They have fake smilies and lie through their teeth. If you want to be charged 1000 dollars after asking for a simple oil change then this is the place for you...

Their service sucks!!!!!! Was tolded it would be at least 2-3 hours to change my radiator. So I left work to get it fix. Was here at 11:00 and they did it get in untill 12:30 then 2 hours latter was told they got the wrong one. So order another one now it's 4:00.o'clock and i am piss. Their service in clute, tx. Suck never coming here again!!!!! And I was not the only one about three cucustomers walked away today!!!!!!

THIEFS is all i can say they tried charging $575.00 for a sensor and thermostat.Had truck towed around the block and was charged $275 for the air flo sensor it never needed a thermostat. Thanks Firestone you are a disgrace and should be shut down.

We have been using this Firestone since the 80's and we have found April to be a superb manager and have always had excellent service.

I took my car in over the summer for wheel bearing problems. Paid over $500, had to go back for the same problem in less than a year. Took it to another place in Baton Rouge for only $225. Um yea, Firestone has to do better.

It took an hour and ten minutes to install two tires that had been purchased beforehand and I was the only person in the waiting room. Even called ahead to see if they were busy.

They will find a millions things wrong with your car and their reasoning as to why they are wrong will not add up if you know anything about cars. They just want to take every penny they can snake out of you. DON'T go here even if you have a coupon not worth time or effort. (my 1hr oil change turned into a 2 and a 1/2 hour ordeal

I had my tires rotated here and my front end started shaking. Took it back and all they did was move the tires back and refused to refund my money.

On New Years Eve my Dodge van broke a ball joint and lower control arm. I had it to towed to this Store, where I met mgr Gary Wilson and his staff. Finding parts for a 13 yr old van was extremely difficult, but they,as a team , went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They truely showed what customer service is about thanks to him,Nate and the whole staff.

We went in to firestone because our car was rumbling. The gentleman at the front desk told us once he could get us in it would take at least 5 hours to do a diagnostic and then more to fix the car. He refused multiple times to look at the car or to even pull the code. We went down route 1 north a few miles and found mieneke. They were very friendly and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour and 15 mins. The cost was also reasonable.

Set up a appointment for one tire to be replaced for my 79 year old mother. Car was in perfect condition going in. They put the tire on and see got it home. CAR WOULDN"T START!!! They take no responsibility and are useless. Called Corporate and waiting to see what they will do. We need it towed and fixed properly. RIPPED OFF!!!! 12,000 other complaints online.
