terrifying treatment

i have zero confidence in this centers f.a. nurses and techs. they cannot keep good help bc the f.a. does not lead by example.

Staff is excellent and friendly made me feel welcome.

No words can express the horror that my family experienced at this facility during a dialysis treatment of a family member. The worst part was that after several calls and letters, no one at DaVita tried to explain, or help our family.
