Kayla listens to what you want not what she wants to do.... she is awesome and no matter how crazy busy my life gets and no matter how many weeks over time to see her, she always fits me in and tames my mess!!
I scheduled my appt and waited for them to take walk ins. Then 2 girls came up front to complain about the work at 3:30. I was going to get a body put in my hair. I arrived early as always so they didn't know it was me they were complaining about. Then tried to stick me with a newbie!!! We typically go here but I will never have anything nice to say about this location!!!

Every time I get a haircut I use this Cost Cutters because all of the stylist are so professional. The store is always neat and it has a upbeat feel. None of the usual moaning and groaning about bosses and spouses. Thanks ladies:)
Need to supervise new styleist she messed up my husbands hair horribly just went in for a trim practically scalped him now he may need to go get a flat top from the barber. Very disappointing

This would have to be hands down the worse haircut i ever got. One side is longer then the other by a solid three inches. Also the most unfriendly staff. Full warning do not go to this place. I left in tears.
Evertime I go to get my hair done they always do a great job and are really friendly. I always go back .
Young man cut my hair-I don't know if there's more than one male working there. Possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten! I wasn't expecting much, as it's basically a "Holiday Hair" kind of place, however it was worse even than that! I have naturally perfectly straight hair & I literally had to go home & fix numerous sections that were up to an inch longer than what he had cut off-he clearly wanted to go back to sitting around with the other stylists & talking. It was just a careless, sloppy job.

I wanted something different so my stylist gave me some great choices she really knew what she was talking about and made me feel very comfortable. My new color and cut looks amazing on me and I get so many compliments. It was affordable and convenient. I will recommend her to everyone.

I came in to get a haircut today and no one cme to the front desk to take my name. So i decided to sit down and wait because i thought you were busy. Then a mother with kids came in and you immediately came up and took her name and told her it would be 15 minutes. You didnt even acknowledge me at all! You walked back to what you were doing. Talk about horrible customer service. You saw me walk in! I saw you look right at me. NEVER returning again. I wouldnt even give you a star if i didnt have to.

I have been to Cost Cutters on S. Main in Fond du Lac, and have walked away very satisfied with my cut. I especially like the $10 Tues. I live on Social Security ( which isn't much) and cost cutters have helped me their specials on Tues.
Come to this salon, they give good fade and good haircut for a very low price, can't beat a 13 dollars hair cut, I really recommend Jeannie, she ' s the best, A++++++++++
Jayme did my hair for the first time and she did a very good job. Matched the style I wanted perfectly. And the color also. Her co-worker, Chris was very helpful also. I would definately go back. They were both very pleasant. Thanks ladies!
Lady rushed me through, left me with a severely crooked hair cut. I know this place is cheap but they should have the fundamentals down. Now I have to waste my time going back to get it fixed. I would spend a little more and go elsewhere if I was you and get a decent hair cut

What a pleasant surprise to find a gem of a haircutter like Miss Kayla at Cost Cutters in Estes Park. I'd spent hundreds of dollars down in Boulder getting low-lights and high-lights in my hair, only to have to go back time and time again and they could never get it right—the cut or the color. I was so exasperated. Finally, I decided to just try Cost Cutters in Estes—what did I have to lose? What a great color and cut job Kayla did! Many, many thanks! I keep getting compliments! Really!
