Pumps do not work. You have to go inside, very in convient!!! Chicken is not cooked completely! Gross!!!

Non-ethanol pump takes forever. Attendant not smart enough to operate credit card machine.

lost my phone there less than an hour ago and I no right where I left it and the cashier that was on duty would not look for it it was near the juice

stopped to get coffee and Mrs Murphy's donut .asked employee if that was all the donuts . she rudely said what do you want they come in at 630 in the morning . that store just lost a customer

Paid for $50.00 in gas, only got about 1/3rd of the fuel due to a pump error. They refused to make it right. Wasted over two hours trying to talk to someone in charge. Never shop there.

The store might be 2 miles off of the interstate but when you get there you are greeted by a friendly cashier and the place is very clean. smells good. bathrooms are good and a good selection of food and snacks

Do not use your debit/credit card here. They will take your info and made purchases with it.

charged twice for a transaction and was told they were not responsible for the double charge and were unable to refund money because they could not find the action but would not accept the transaction detail from me

I frequent this store only because it's convenient! The manager is rude, whether she speaks or not, she acts like it's a bother to help someone, and she's hateful to her staff, even in front of customers. ALL other employees are super friendly!! I dread going in this store, not knowing whether or not she's working and I shouldn't feel that way. That woman doesn't need to work in the public at all, much less as a manager!!!!!

I stopped at this location after a vacation to fill up with gas and my camera, not an expensive camera just an old Kodac camera, fell out from my car without notice of.. I was to take another picture about 100 miles down the highway and noticed the camera was gone. If anyone found the camera you cam keep the camera if you would just let me have the pictures from the camera.. Please if you have found it, please respond thru my email.. Thank you

Car wash left yellow splotches of what I assume was soap. Had to go through another car wash, The next day I showed up with my receipt. They refused to refund my money. The lovely woman (sarcasm) told me it was my fault as I did not get out and walk around my car after the wash was complete. Born and raised in Bradenton. Easiest way to loose my business and everyone I tell.

He is a crook, unprofessional, and should be ashamed of his business practices. We should have brought it to the Jeep dealership where they offer you coffee, a snack, provide transportation. You know a real business where they care for their customer. This company doesn't even deserve one star.

I was glad to see this place shut down. The prices were higher than anywhere else in the county, service was always rude and slow, and the smell inside the station was horrible, like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. There was nothing convenient about stopping here, only the result of having nowhere else to go.

I went in and paid for a $8 item with a $20 bill and was told I only paid with a $10 and they refused to check.I am at this gas station often and the service is usual awful. Most times I go in to pay for gas and the person at the register is on their cell phone and will make me wait well over 5 minutes for their conversation to end.

I have filled a 5 gal (U.S. standard) 3 times over the past 4 months. Each time the pump read 6.5 gallons. No way 1.5 gal at 3.59 = $5.38. All 3 times they take my contact info. Never get back to me

This is the former Citco station that now is the new Shell. The service and people working here are incompetent and rude. They have attitudes and have no service manner. They are the low of the barrel. If you are filling gas on your Jewel rewards card BE AWARE they do not know how to process the system correctly and you end up loosing all your points if they do it wrong. This was my first visit after they changed it to Shell and certainly my LAST.

The shop must be hurting for money because they failed my inspection for a bad tire and another customer at the shop for a bad wiper blade. That's not the way to get returning customers.

Car owners beware! I brought my car for an inspection and they failed me for a bad wiper blade. Customer service experience was the worst. I went to a gas station down the block and they passed me and told me I had no issues with my blades. I would never return to that station ever again. The Indian manager was rude and obviously didn't care. I feel it was a scam to get me to purchase something from them.

This gas station is clean, has a good selection of snacks, and offers pig points (points used from piggly wiggly to save on gas) which is very nice. Whenever I feel like redeeming my points all I have to do is scan my card at the pump, I don't even need to go inside to show the cashier, it's very nice. Overall, this is a good place to go to purchase gas and snacks.

Food bought from Deli was pretty much Dehydrated, had to wait for cashier to finish texting. Then They answered their cellphone while checking me out. The store was Filthy on top of all of this.

Gas was good. Coke was pretty good. Chips were fine. Reasonably friendly. No complaints. Four stars.

Citgo is a good store i save on gas and so much more i love Citgo

Sure, they do inspections but they will scam you into paying for things like wiper blades, or other non essentials, at ridiculous inflated costs, that you don't even need! If you don't buy them, they'll take your money and fail your inspection. I recommend staying away from this place -- they are untrustworthy, sleazy business owners, who should be avoided at all costs.

Service here was AWSOME i wanted a skoal tin that wasnt in stock. the clerk ordered me some and said itd be in within the week. also their gas is pretty good too.

I do business with Main St C Store because of the friendly polite clerks. They aways speak and say "thank you"

I went to this Citgo this morning. The sign on the door says they are open Monday,- Saturday 6am-10pm. At 6:30 a young blond girl finally shows up-30 minutes late, and is rude as hell. 30 minutes later she finally opens the door after i stood outside for over an hour. Then instead of apologizing or even saying hello, she tells me how pissed off she is this morning. Its not my fault that u were late or in a bad mood. Don't take it out on your customers!!!

Over charging on items worst staff having minors purchaceing cigarets. They don't id at all having people standing outside of door to sell cigarets. Employee on this day of review should be fired.

I just purchased a cigar from this store. The clerk took my money and gave me a dry broken cigar. When I asked to get one that wasn't damaged she told me no and would not refund my money. Citgo, you just lost a customer over a clerk with a horrible attitude and $.79.

For years, my husband always calculates his gas mileage with every tank of gas. After filling up at this Citgo in Valdosta, Ga, he said "I've never put that much gas in this car before, even with just fumes left". When he calculated the mileage, he said "Iv'e never gotten that poor gas mileage in this car either!". We are quite sure the pumps are not accurate by around a gallon!!! They're the cheapest in the area, but I'd never go there again.

I called the station and asked the attended the price of diesel and he told me it was illegal to tell me and hung up on me. I called back and told him it was not illegal i can call any station and they give me the price and then i told him he was lazy and didnt want to do his job!!!!!

The owner/ worker confronted me when I left their cold and disgusting bathroom and said are you going to buy something? He stated this is not a rest stop but a private business. If they took some pride in their business and have it clean and inviting I may reconsider. This convenience store is a negative in my book!!! Stay away and go down the road a bit where people care and are nice.

This establishment ALLOWED a customer to SMOKE and FLICK HER ASHES at a gas pump while gassing her car, and I was at the adjacent pump! I begged the clerk to say something, but the woman just smiled and thought it was funny while the customer drove off! I want to get out from under the payments on my wife's car, BUT NOT LIKE THIS! The owner thought this was funny, and I reminded them how funny it would be when I informed EVERY MEDIA OUTLET IN ORLANDO, WHICH I HAVE DONE!

Visiting from Canada, went inside store to request clerk use credit card to fill up F250 pickup with gas. The pump won't take Canadian zip code. Clerk very rude; went elsewhere to purchase gas. Jan. 11, 2013

Poor state of repair on pumps making the delivery potentially life-threatening via fire or explosive hazard. AVOID THIS STATION

After hurrican Sandy alot of stations didn't have gas or the line was rediculously long. I live in the bronx but drove up to white plains to get gas because 1. They had gas & two the line was not that long.
