Please have the clerks show some bit of courtesy! Can a person finish a transaction and put my change in my wallet before you call the next person up to push me aside! Really rude.

Today we saw a staff member emptying the trash while smoking by the pumps. Doesn't the employee know that gas is flammable?? They need to retrain that employee.

Young kid workers playing games with adults not cool and it is bad for business and they look dirty with long dirty hair. Will not go back there again.

The owner was working today and she would not let me use my visa debit card unless I spent more money. I explained to her that the consumer protection act (Dodd-Frank Act) doesn't allow a merchant to enforce a minimum on debit cards. She told me to F off and never come back. She told me they don't need my business or anyone else that has a problem with her rules. Do not shop there.

I have gone in to buy a small bag of gambler tobaco on several ocations for months every time they try and charge me $22.00 for a small bag of tobaco clearly its priced wrong ive conplained everytime its still 22 dollars almost three times what its sapose to be their is dust on the bags cause nobody will buy them please fix it

I am 62 years old and have been patronizing the local Circle K store in Columbiana for many years. The young woman running the show is a complete disaster. She whines and complains about all of the employees on a daily basis when it is HER customer service that is terrible. It seems the Assistant manager is the one carrying this store!! Maybe Circle K needs to switch them positions!!!

the managers need to look at their employees a little closer. My husband and I stopped in here last night around 7 PM. The employees are cussing (using "MF" in every sentence) while customers are in the store...they are loud and annoying..Twerking for some of the customers..Not professional at all, and they should all be fired..hire some people who really want and need the money enough to act like they want the job. I will never use this particular Circle K again...

I frequent this store on a daily basis because it is the corner store. The manager at this store who goes by the name of Troy, has a very bad attitude and disposition. He is very rude and disrespectful to customers including myself. I can not believe Circle K has this person managing it's store.

On July 19th at approximately 8-8:30 I came into your store to buy cigarettes before heading to Sedona w my friend. Michelle...took it upon herself to review the video tape for her friend , take a snapshot of me and send it to her friend....my ex. I feel this was a blatant abuse of her position as well as a violation of my privacy..I will never go to Circle K again after this experience and would very much like to hear of some kind of Disciplinary action taken against Michelle for her unethical business practices.

The Night Shift staff were very polite and tended to my needs, then they went immediatley back to work. The man displayed manager skills and the woman displayed regional management skills. She made fresh coffee and the man was very helpful with questions asked. I normally don't post comments, but I want it to be known that workers that display customer service skills as they displayed will bring more consumers and generate more capital for the business.

I completely agree with all of the reviews that I have read on Circle K in Columbiana. I cannot belive that nothing is being done about this!!! Can someone give a corporate number???

The former manager for this store retired and a very young girl has taken over. The store is filthy and manager is never there. I will start calling the 1-800 number to the right of the door maybe the market manager will step in and do something with her employee

Just stopped by for lottery tics. Use this place often for gas. No more. 3 eye rolls from the clerk did me in. Guess I was interrupting her work. Too many other places to go where they enjoy taking my money.

In that past few months this store has completely changed! The employees are rude and constantly complain! I have tried to contact the manager about my displeasure and she is never there!!! I have gladly taken my business to marathon where at least the coffee is fresh!!

This circle k has had their slushy machine down for over a week. I only go for the slushy almost every day, And i have gone their several times this week and it has been down every time.

The rimrock circle k is always dirty and nasty. The employees are rude and irresponsible. There's always a group of employees out side smoking and cussing. The worst circle k ever.

This Circle K should win an award for having the filthyest rest rooms in the state. Management should be ashamed of the conditions. The board of health, as they do serve food there, should site them or close them down until they clean up there act.

This team operated store is an exceptional store, and I have been to many of Circle K stores all over Oro Valley to south Tucson. I have yet to find one better than this one, and I mean it! The personnel are what makes it as great as it is. I take pleasure in visiting again, and make this store, My Store! Give them all my appreciation. Well Done.

Being old is a bummer....BUT..when a polite young fella, double checked my ID because I used a credit card and says "is that you? you don't look that old" put a smile on my face:-) thanks young fella....;-)

Its a small store but i like the customer service there, customers aren't in a bad mood even though its a weird neighborhood, there's this CR that works there (Raul) hes always friendly and has fresh coffee for me in the mornings thats a good thing for me.

Clean Store, but the restrooms are always closed at night... 8pm closed 10 pm closed 12 am closed.... I think what it is that after they clean them they don't want anyone to use them...

I lost a pack of cigarettes in the parking lot i realized after i got home that thy were missing. I called no one answered.I called 4 times. I would like my pack of cigarettes back. For them being so expensive i wasted my money on something i didn't even get to enjoy. The cigarettes were my fault. But when i called they should have answered after me calling 4 times. It would have been appreciated

I have been in there twice and both times I have gone in the fountain drink machine is disgusting! You can tell they have not cleaned it in a long time. I can't believe people have not gotten sick yet! The rest of the store is disgusting also and very messy! if the managers not cleaning and making sure things are done then a general manager needs to come in and see how dirty it is.

The clerk on duty at 2pm on Friday. Was just horrible, very rude and unpleasant. Sorry she was disgusting to the 3 customers in the store at the time I was there.

For the past several months, the car window washing containers rarely have water and the sponge cleaning tools reek of stagnate water. Makes no difference what time of day, they're empty and smell. I've spoken to the manager on duty and even sent an email to Shell. Most other Shell stations have full containers and mix a cleaner in with the water. What's the problem with this station, especially after they're had complaints??

I think the people in this gas station are racist! They Only have like one black employee and they say they are hiring but everytime I go in there they say I'll pull your app and they keep hiring white employees? What"s up with that? there needs to be more african american employees

Tuesday night i went in ur store amd was exteremly unhappy bc ur attendant was unbelievably rude. She is black and she does not need to b talkin to customers at all. I will never go in ur store again nor will my friends

By far the cleanest circle k in southern indiana. If this store is an A every other store in the region is an F and thats being generous.

Just was in this store employees never acknowledged any customer even as I was buying my items not one word was spoken from the cashiers mouth what happened to customer service?

I stopped in here to get gas after my partners show. My partner went in to use the bathroom as he has on many nights. The cashier told him "we don't have a bathroom for you". I will not be going back to this circle k.

this place is so awesome!! It is always clean and when a line is starting to form a extra employer comes to help. Unlike other circle ks where there is such a long line and they don't care. I recommend this circle k on 19ave/union hills as the best service and cleanliness.

I agree, the believe same gentleman was on phone and overcharged me for my items. I refuse to return. Sad because it was convenient

they're still okay, just this particular man is rude ass hell to me on 3 different ocassions. Him talking on the phone and putting his hand up in the middle of the transaction, putting it on pause to he can continue his personal convo pissed me off. Other than that its an ok place.

These folks are lost, they can not handle a line of more than 3 customers. Have given them several chances and the result is the same.

fun store everybody seems happy vey conveinant need a bigger store

This was my first visit to this circle K on Preston hwy. The clerk was very cranky. I said with a big smile, "Wow, can you smile honey?" He said, "No" I was surpirised and told him he was full of pleasant customer service. He still gave me a shitty look filled with attitude. So I asked for his name & store number. Still, he continued to look at me like I was bothering him. This was without a doubt, in 33 years, the worst experience I've ever had at a convenience store.

This is the worst Circle K ever. The employees argued with me over a price. She called me a liar and started yelling at me. Thing is she was the one lying and making up prices. I purchase red bulls everyday in this area I know how much they cost. It was just a new month and prices had changed she was to ignorant to say that. Then when the other employee told me that she still argued with. These people have no manners at all. They should not be in customer service.

I am really getting upset with the staff members at this store. Everytime I visit this location I see so much money not being made. The workers Choose when to open up or not open. They are not familiar with the store products and would lie to a customer instead of being honest about not being able to do their job. Enough is enough. I must truly be upset if I am writing a review about Circle K.

Kids that live beside the Circle K on Third St. were totally harassing me as I was going inside. There were about 6 of them asking me to buy them chips and candy. I will take my business elsewhere if that's what I'm going to get every time I go there.

One clerck at this location has made it his mission to ask me for my change because he thinks it bothers me. It bothers me because he asks me even if he has 4 customers in front of me, he wont ask them. Its almost like a passive harassment.

disatified customer: waiting in line to get my prpane tank filled, I understand being busy, but was told that they were busy running to cash registers, and the attendant pumping gas, said he was to busy pumping gas. I previously purchased all of my gasoline at this location and also monthly purchases in the store, I will no longer be buying my gas or shopping at this store, I was a regular customer, waiting in line, and was told that no one had time to fill my propane tank. Thanks for not taking care of a loyal customer.

Will no longer be a customer at this location . Was basically called a liar by some punk wanna be manager for telling him that when I purchased a coffee there was a hole in the cup and all the contents were lost before I left the parking lot. He took a picture of the cup and said there was no way I could have made it out of the store (didn't bother to ask the gentlemen who were working that day) How rude!! It was a convenient store and not Starbucks so my little purchases of $50 a week on other goods shouldn't bother them hahahaha what poor customer service

Store number 7093 is the worst store ive ever been to. the manager of that store is so nasty. on march 5 2013 at 12:20 my sister and i went into the bathroom so i could fix her bra cause she is pregnant and has a hard time! the manager banged on the door and said only one person could be in there. i came out and asked where the sign was saying that she said store policy and was very rude. so if i was to help my grandmother in the bathroom i wouldnt be able to? never will i go to that store again.

I swear I run in limping in pain and requesting to use the restroom I hear the attendant say for customers only. I say I'm seriously going to piss myself please I can give you a twenty and ill come back to buy something. He shakes his head no. Convenience my butt. Hey a clue idiot; that's probably why that's your job. Don't go here they suck.

This store is local to where I live. This store for the most part is always filthy. It always has a foul stinch to it that seems to get stronger when you get near the soda fountain. I recently purchased a pint of boiled peanuts at this that were soured. Amonth ago I purchased a quartof orange juice at this store that was five days past the date on the container. I think this store most definitely takes advantage of the local community.

I stopped going here years ago because of bad service. The people at the time were rude as hell and the Snuff always outdated and the service is slow. This pine ave store is on my way to work but will go out of my way to get good fast service at the Country Fair. I made the mistake of stopping there again tonight. As per usual only one person behind the counter working his butt off because they are too cheap to pay someone else to help. The hot dog buns were hard and because it took too long going through the line my food was cold. I really hate this store and WILL NOT go back again.

I went to a Circle Kin August and went through their car wash, Brea Car Wash. I paid $12 for the car wash. As I was writing for my turn to go through the wash a man asked me if I wanted to get 2 months for $29.99. He said I'd get my $12 credited to the $29.99. When he brought me my credit card back with the receipt it was for the full $29.99. I questioned him, but he said he was wrong and couldn't credit my receipt. This took so much time, I didn't want to get him in trouble, I was now running late so I signed my receipt, not having time to dispute the $12.

I'm currently disabled, unable to drive, and so noticed a credit card charge for $29.99 from Brea Car Wash. I looked back and had charges for October and November as well. I called Brea Car Wash and was told that I had signed a recurring debit authorization. Despite not having used service for the October-December (I've paid for other car washes during that time period which easily proves I had no idea of the recurring debit) or being told I was signing anything other than a credit card receipt, my money is not being refunded.

The employee told me her "boss" has told her not to refund any money.

Why is Circle K affiliated with an owner that is so desperate that he has to literally take food off the table (that money would have bought) off unsuspecting, trusting people in order to make a profit, who is so unconcerned about customer service that despite my clearly not knowing it was a recurring debit, refuses to refund my money?

The crew is consistent with courtesy, warmth and helpfulness. It has the volume of a truck stop on a interstate, yet everything runs smoothly. Everything is fully stocked 24/7 except for paper in the night shift (facilities).

I am a frequent customer at this location. However, recently I have received VERY poor customer service from one particular cashier named Jennifer. She is very grumpy with her customers, I came in one day recently and I guess she misinterpreted me when I asked her if she was having a bad day. She ignored me and after being rung up, when I was leaving the store, I heard her say the words "stupid cunt." Because of this I absolutely do NOT recommend this store. I will not be going there again. I cannot believe they hire such disrespectful people. I truly believe that behavior like that is completely unacceptable in the work-place. If she does not get fired for something so disrespectful, because I will be contacting her supervisor and the market manager, then I truly believe this location could care less about how their customers are treated.
