Thanks for the smiles and personal service!

This branch is nasty. They have a bathroom right beside the line up and they let every single person off the street use it and spend minutes in there and the entire bank smells disgusting and nobody bats an eye or sprays febreeze. I have more banking to do and am dreading it.

A couple of years ago i had a meeting with the branch manager and it was not a good experience i could not get my calls returned even though many messages were left on her voicemail come on get it together this is my money were talkin about hello

CIBC has been the best financial institute that i have dealt with,very good service as well as very friendly.I would refer friends and family to deal with this bank

I love going to this bank! their service is amazing! they are always happy to see you. they do everything they can to help you with whatever you need! they always have events on special occasions ex. Christmas, they brought in santa clause and were letting all the customers take free pictures with him. they make going to the bank feel like your going to visit family. especially Teressa Decantis, she is the person I will wait in line for.
