All there hot meats including the beans and rice never get changed out they sit there all day and rot they are an unhealthy place to eat !

Very rude cashier

This place is a joke. 5 of the last 6 visits trying to get a car wash has failed. receipts don't print or the code doesn't get attached and i have to go into the store to see if I was charged for a product I didn't get. I guess this place needs the foot traffic in the store so they make pay at the pumps inconvenient.

The women who runs the post office tried to charge me for free USPS shipping supplies. When I told her that I was going to call customer service, and asked for her store number she said "I won't give you that!"

The bikini car wash is inappropriate for my children. I use another gas station for this reason. It's also trashy and degrades our neighborhood!

This place was disgusting. Bathrooms were so dirty, no paper towels and toilets needed a good cleaning. Was going to buy coffee and snacks but after seeing the state of the bathroom would not even stop there for gas again. Shame on who ever is running this business.

Our family stopped to buy gas and were told there was no public bathroom. If we spend $70 on gas, you would think they could let our eight year old use the bathroom.

No matter what happens the employees will always be there to help you and make you feel welcomed. The restrooms are cleaned every 6 times a day and the floor and shelves are neat. If you have a complaint they will try to fix whatever can be fixed. So please, if you are one of those people who like to complain for one small reason or accidentally put YOUR money on the wrong pump don't yell or get angry at them if someone else pumped your money on their vehicle. You GO RUN after that person who pumped your gas and don't blame it on the Cashier's who even asked you TWICE if it is correct. All in all they are awesome people.

Really nice people,never seen a store that had guns,race fuel,ammo and propane but this place is great!!

Rude, hateful, dirty! If these are some qualities you like then by all means go there. But for me ill be going the extra mile and a half to a clean nicer one...

This is the second time I am posting this review. The first one was deleted because they don't want anyone to know. I pumped $20 in gas using my debit card and then went inside to use the atm. When the atm rejected my transaction I called the bank to find out why. To my surprise the gas station put a hold on over $100 of my money. This hold will not come off until the gas station gets their authorization of payment. So now my account is shut down until then.

When I call the bank to check on this they looked at my account and saw where the gas station had put a hold for over $100 on my account. This is ridiculous! So now my account is shut off until they get their authorization.

This Chevron gas station has the best coffee in the area and the cashier's are very friendly. Don't be shocked if you see the manager or the cashiers dancing and singing, I'm a regular and seems like it's a common practice around here.

The price is high, but the trick is that the price is NOT posted on the pump. Not even sure if this is legal. I am going to talk to my laywer before buying gas here next time, and will refuse to pay if they are breaking the law. Can't wait to buy a gallon and wait for them to call the cops so we can sort it out. $6.20 a gallon is bad enough, but when they trick you into paying, it's crooked. NEVER buy gas here, unless you are planning to report them to the law.

They are always out of paper towels, must go inside for receipts. And panhandlers are always there asking for money or gas. Crappy place period!!!

I pulled up to the gas station Sunday October 6th and asked for $20.00 unleaded. There was a mexican guy helping me, so he let's me know he's done and I hands me a receipt as I turn on the car I say I asked for $20.00 only. He laughs and says you asked for a fill up and continues to laugh. I called and asked for upper management and left them a voice mail and still have heard back from them. I've heard they have done this before to other individuals, which I think this is not right.

Please do not enter this gas station. People that work there are extra rude, they don't speak English, and they don't even look at you when they are talking. I went there at 11,30 AM, I pick up few things for about $ 29, I gave them $ 100 bill and they said that, they had no change for the $100 bill. I told him, I will pick up the change later toward the end of the day since I am working near by, he said sorry is not possible, i couldn't even put gas in my car.

Just a quick stop on Salem-Diamond Lake trip. Attendant was friendly but a local fellow not too familiar with outlaying areas. Single bathroom was clean.

I was almost out of gas so,i pulled into lee rd Chevron and mad a few calls to have some one drop of some money me 8 months and ready to pop calls pops to come be saved my dad says lets go to,the bank i leave my car for 29 min and come back they towed it but befor i left my step dad sent me in the store.as a customer my car should of been left alone i trusted that my car would be safe but no nono they.towed it

Took forever to get gas.Apparently have no idea how to multitask.I had to tell the guy three times yes twenty dollars in regular.He filled my tank instead.When leaving I looked at receipt and he put over 36dollars in.So I pull back and and asked him how much I said he said twenty oops I thought I pushed button correctly.They are so dumb.This place is out to take your money.

WOW...on 08-13-2013 we paid $6.459 per gallon at the Mendocino Chevron Station. For 15 gallon that's over $100 and we do consider it over priced...

Prices are good, but what good is it when their pumps have card readers the crooks have placed on the pumps to read your credit card info? I was frauded at this location 2 days ago. My friends have had the same thing happen to them at this same station. I will never buy gas there again.

I was told my money was not good enough,i had quarters I should think about how he feels and having to count them that says a lot about him in a nutshell,i contact the h.m. divison at chev corp and they did take care of it.its the principal of the matter.i would never treat someone like that

I was charged $30.00 over my purchase on my credit card.. I did not get a receipt and there is no way to contact them for a copy of the credit card transaction.

I go to this Chevron almost every day of the school year for snacks and most things to keep me awake, and the staff could not be friendlier.

great gas ! My truck runs like new ! No more smelly "K" gas for me(burns too fast) Here I can mail bills, buy a cool drink and pick up a lucky lottery ticket. Nice store !

Went in at around 3am for a late night snack attack, the place is a little creepy late at night. Tall gentlemen by the name of Guillermo helped me. Very friendly, outgoing and professional and put my mind at ease. Much better service then my local chevron up the road. Will definitely drive a couple of extra miles for better service to this station.

that was the best car wash around. the attendant make sure everything was clean when I left, plus it was a little entertaining. A plus plus rating.

My experience at this location, I have to say was very surprisingly pleasant. The customer service was over the top and the business was/is very clean and ran professionally. I will make this fuel stop my favorite and will tell everyone I know of my experience there.

As a real estate agent who does most of their business in Draper I often meet clients at this location. Recently I had an out of state Buyer who commented on never seeing a cleaner gas station. This brought my attention to the fact that I do take this for granted. The manager Shawn never stops cleaning. Addressing even the smallest drops from drinks right away. It still smells new and I have never seen any product, paper towels, even remotely unfilled. I feel catered to. Thanks for making my neighborhood Chevron more like a fancy hotel.

they workers are really nice not the typical arabs who want you out of the store asap. they are friendly and polite people and the store is very clean and well maintained

the Chevron's perfect location brought me here at first....however the customer experience/interaction and having the best car wash in Fresno, is what keeps me coming back here!

Have been getting gas at this station for years. Recently in the past few months I have been given incorrect change, "forgot" to give me lotto ticket I paid for, was charged extra for gas. Another time I was told the person before me paid for my gas. What is going on? How disappointing you can't trust the cashiers at this station. Also heard they are taking advantage of the elderly from nearby leisure world. Take your business elsewhere

I have been getting Express car washes at this station for years. I went there today (4/9/13) and there was muddy water spots all over it. I told the proprietor and was basically told too bad that is what you get.... In addition to the wash, I wont be going back for gas, ice, beer,cigs etc.

Air compressor took my money when i went in and spoke to i was told to call the number on the machine. Unacceptable. shall i print up an out of order sign for you too sir? Now i am late and had to return home for a new set of quarters. Taking my quarters elsewhere forever.

Everytime i walk in one of the female cashier is very rude she says stuff like were closed in which they are not another time she said she is mentally challenged she cant help me ive never had anybody tell me that that is very heartless to say that your mentally challenged she needs to find a new job where she doesnt deal with customers

Visited this car wash on the advice of a friend and I have to say this is the cleanest hand car wash in the area. They always have lots of workers ready and willing to start, their prices are fair, and the service is very quick and always done by two or more workers. The staff is very professional and stays on top of the staff for the best. I give this car wash 5 stars.

They wouldn't sell me something that was on their shelves ready for narket. Horrible customer service and the store manager condones this behavior. After calling the manager for help the manager advised the cashier not to sell me what I was after. If it was up to me a F grade would be granted by the B.B.B. Really unhappy with my experience at Bells Chevron on 818N. 500W. in Provo, Ut.

Despite what it shows on the pump messages, this station will not credit you the $0.20 per gallon Vons discount. I'm not the only one I observed cheated this way. Then when I protested, the clerk argued that 11.7 gallons divided into $49.17 was actually $3.999 per gallon, not $4.199 per gallon. Perhaps this is why they are not printing receipts out at the pump.

Walked to this chevron to get something to drink at 11:40pm on a friday night. Walked in, I gather the clerk was cashing out and wanting to leave right at 12.. didn't even look up at me "sorry we're closed". I politely asked what time they closed at, and still without looking at me said 11:30. If you're already closed why are your doors still open??? Didn't want to get into an argument at that time of night, just walked out the door. I get it, its a Friday night and you want to leave right away. I know you only work in a gas station, but learn some customer service. Clearly your're going to be working there for quite a few more years with that attitude.

Hello, I been coming in this place for a gas and a car wash, I notice that there isn't enough soap that they put in. I complained and got my money back...just to let anyone knows,your paying for the car wash with enough SOAP AND WATER YOUR GETTING!!

The only place that I stop to get gas... Tidy store, clean restroom, friendly employee... And satisfying customer service.

The manager at this gas station is very rude. I will never go their again. Last night i stopped at the gas station to get some gas. I started pumping the gas and sat inside the car. The pump should have stopped pumping the gas when the gas tank was full. But it never stopped. There sensor for sensing the gas tank was full never worked. About 5 to 6 gallons of gas was spilled. I went inside the gas station to let them know there sensor is broken and they should credit me for 5 to 6 gallons of gas. The manager refused to give me the credit. This is not the first time their sensor have broken. I will never go there again.

This store is very outdated. They have some very nice employees for the most part.
