Review for: Chase Bank in Orion Township, MI

So fake they're rude!

These employees could care less about ur money and ur access to it. Whatever the complaint they take no responsibility for the bank. Every employee at this particular bank has spoken to me in an overly exaggerated sarcastic tone so fake and over the top I HATE speaking w them. This bank in general has been a huge inconvenience!!!

Mon the 17th

I went to chase today Sat and I noticed Chase will be open on Monday Presidents' Day!!! How in the hell are you open when its a federal holiday? This is sickening!!! Shouldn't you be closed like the others. Is it worth it to be open how busy do you think you will be? You won't...

This branch sucks!

The drive thru is ALWAYS super slow its gotten to the point I have to get off and go inside. The only reason I dont go to another branch is because with traffic I wont make it to my home branch.

Negative customer service

Worst customer service I have ever received. No one calls you back and they will double talk you into the ground. Only got a star instead of negative because system wouldn't allow.

Chase cheated me and my family for Christmas

I am just out of foreclosure and bankruptcy and trying to get my life together. There was $76 left in my old business account. I went online to close the account. They asked if I wanted a check for the balance and of course I said yes. They sent a check that can only be cashed by the account they closed down themselves. They refuse to give me my lousy $76. What a nice Christmas present. I hope they all get cheated for Christmas.

Would never have an account with Chase

I have never heard of such incompetent people in my life. I know some people going through this back for a home loan and its been nothing but a run around. They have then getting the stupidest paperwork I ever heard of. I would never use your bank for a home loan or a account because of all the things I'm witnessing.

Great Bank and Bankers!

This is the best bank I have ever had. The staff are all very kind and cheerful and helpful. They stay late and go the extra mile in a pinch with a great attitude. The bank is new and next to Vons by the Harbor and I feel lucky to have such a great bank close to my house. The other Chase banks are nice too, but this one is extra special - modern ATMs and Tellers simply there to help you make your life easier.

Dissappointed

Do not do business with this bank. Assist. Manager Roxanne is inept at solving customer issues and instead files trespassing charges against her own account holders.

A charge of $6.00 to cash a check from Chase

I went to the branch today 04-29-13 to cash a check for $2,500. The cashier charged me $6.00 to cash a check from Chase. I was surprised for this charge. I did not that Chase has a fee for its own checks.

Horrible Service

Usually I get attended right away, however today was different. The service was horrible!! There was only 1 teller and she called someone in the back to help her no one came to help her. This is not the first time I notice they don't really like working as a team or helping each other out. This branch needs to work on not only helping out the clients but also to work better as at a team. I have even had a teller roll her eyes because no one else came to help me and she had to... made me feel like a was a chore rather as an important customer.

Awesome Customer Service!

Tonya, Assistant Branch Manager, and her staff exceeded any reasonable person's expectations by accommodating me when in an unusual predicament. At 5:50 PM Friday evening I called the bank and spoke with Tonya. I explained that I needed to withdraw $1500 for use that evening. I first confirmed that the bank closed at 6:00 PM and explained that I lived quite some distance from the bank on the outskirts of P.A. To accommodate me she said she would allow me to complete my transaction if I could get to the bank by 10 minutes past 6:00 PM. We hung up at 5:55 PM and I drove to the bank. While on the way I called and explained that I was on the way and the teller asked for details of my intended transaction which I provided. She said she would complete the paperwork so all I would have to do when I arrived was show them my I.D. She said to pull into the drive up window even if the open sign was not on. At the window I was greeted by the teller and Tonya also appeared to wish me well. They had the paperwork completed and the cash ready. After signing the withdrawal form and providing my I.D. I was on my way. What a pleasant experience! I was blown away with the "above and beyond" service provided to accommodate my needs.

Tonya and her staff are an asset and credit to Chase Bank!

Warm Welcomes & Fast Moving Teller Line

There is not one time when I walk in that I am always greeted with a warm smile. Even though at times there could be a long line for the tellers they quickly get the customers in and out. I definitely enjoy visiting that branch.

Happiest banking personnel ever!

I am moving my banking here because these people are so helpful and happy to be so! This is what a business experience should be like in a nation where most people profess Christianity. The Website is as user friendly as their lobby personnel. My other bank in Greenville has wonderful people, too, but their website is not convenient and the people in their headquarters seem stressed.

Arpe Ovaguimian Personal Banker Las Vegas

I just wanted to let you know that you have a GREATasset with the employee listed above. She greeted me when I walked in , with a smile and was VERY HELPFUL. I was here visiting my son, She not only helped me with my banking, but took the time to help me find out directions on where I needed to go next. She was so sweet and it isn't very often you find people like her. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please note this in her personnel file. Cathy McClure

Chase's Best Branch !

We have had our personal and business banking with Chase for over 10-years. Because of my businessI am all over the metroplex during the day, so I have had occasion to go into a number of the Chase branches. But these folks in Bedford take it a step above. From nearly day one they knew mine, my wife's and my son's names and greeted us each time we came in. They are always willing to help and act like real people who care about their customers more than they do your account.

Wonder Woman

We're new to Nevada, and so far, like the area and Chase Bank at 705 S Green Valley Pkwy very much. We are especially impressed with the Senior Notary (I'm old, of course I forgot her name.) The entire staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. She, however, takes the cake. Fast? like lightning - never once losing her place, allowing us to lose ours, or forgetting and initial or date. I knew the documents were correct because she amazed me so; I watched her like a hawk. They weren't quite good enough for her, though. After they were totally finished, she speedily checked each page again. I was in awe. When she was completely through, she smiled AGAIN, welcomed us to Nevada and to Chase, and with warmth and grace, she slid out of the cubicle, and went to amaze someone else. If I'm able to edit this, I'll run get her name.
