I only recommending going to this location if you have a half an hour just to wait on your order and then it may or may not be correct. It may or may not be fresh either.

Since the renovation I wanted to take my grandson to experience something different. We went "too early". The projection does not come on that early and there is no way to turn it on! We were very disappointed!

I used the drive thru, and the I had to repeat my order several times to the space cadet who asked the same question, contiously, I had previous bad experiences here, as this is closest BK to my work. Not again.

I have been to this location twice and both times have had to wait over 10 minutes for my meal. the help is so slow filling the orders that I watched my sandwich get cold while they tended to taking orders and filling drive thru orders. I will never return.

There food is good but when your on your way to work and u need food and the place u love isn't open till after then u stuck with McDonald's or nothing and I hate McDonald's they need to open at 5 am like there competitors

I went to burger king a day ago. Got a large chicken strip and large drink. After I finished my drink I opened the top to eat the ice when to my disgust was dirty napkin at the bottom. I've had food poisoning for 2 days now. .. don't go there. . They are not clean. Plus drive thru lady tried to keep my change.. horrible experience! !!

I visited this Burger King 10/20/14 every table was disgustingly dirty, the wall behind the counter was dirty, and the person working behind the counter had a sweatshirt on no uniform. Like my son said how do I know it wasn't full of his pet hair or something. Would never recommend eating there. I asked for the manager and told him the tables were dirty and he never even apologized all he said was we are working on it. Absolutely giving no stars. Haha to post the review you have to give one star--it is not deserved.

On the way to a local volleyball game, stopped in for food, fast. Such a huge surprise! Gracious cashier, knowledgeable grill staff, team work was smooth. We were ordered, served and out the door 7.5 minutes. Then the best--my double whopper, husband's swiss mushroom burger and son's chicken sandwich were perfect-better than home made. Traffic had been lousy, we took our chances--so glad we did! If we're ever down in Milford again, we'd stop, no worries. Thank you, ladies!!!

My orders always wrong. I think whoever's cooking either can't read or deliberately ruins food orders. Like today I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, no bacon tons of a1 sauce complete waste of my money.

Took forever to get through the drive through, But the worst part of the experience was when I asked for bbq sauce or ketchup for my fries, I was told I had to pay an extra $.15. These people, and this franchise are out of control, and (forgive me) are stupid. I'm done with Burger King. Never again

Went through the drive through today and was attended on by Kenny. What a pleasure he was, informing me of Whopper Wednesday and any way he thought best to save me a dollar or two or more. He was the sweetest most pleasant young man I ever dealt with at a drive-through...... btw the food was good too!!! Thumbs up BK for well training and double thumbs up to Kenny!!! Thank you!

This place had the worst customer service Ive ever gotten at a fast food joint. I went inside & ordered my food & stood & waited for nearly 20 minutes. I saw that my food was ready & sitting in the warmer nearly the entire time, but nobody coukd be bothered to give it to me...in fact the lady who was working the drive thru bagged up at least 5 other orders, moving mine out of the way each time, & when she was not getting something for one of her orders, she just stood there & waited while my food got cold. The only reason anybody bothered to give me my food is because I started to ask for my money back.

This place locks down it's restroom , so you cant wash your hands before and after eating, plus the place is disgustingly dirty. Worst fast food ever!

Today I seen an employee quit in tears .. maybe she was under pressure im not but it was very painful to watch and maybe you should make sure the employees are treated correctly.

After fifteen minutes waiting for my food I requested a refund. They had no Idea what I ordered or were they smart enough to look at my receipt. Was in drive thru before stored closed and waited on person in front of me. They took like 4 min. To order and then I wasn't served because it was 1 min past 12. Even though we were there before 12 waiting then asked for workers name gms name and store number and he shut the window on me and rudely said and waived good by. Very poor customer service

Just bought two Woppers, only Burger King in area charging regular price for woppers. Everyone else charging two for five dollars. When mentioned to counter girl, manager told her not to worrie herself with my complaint. Nice going Mr. Manager.

Every time I come to this Burger King they mess up my order. These people can't get it right. I usually always do drive thru but the one and only time I ate inside I was able to see how the workers are all about gossip and messing around obviously not paying attention to what they are suppose to be doing.

I went into burgerking on south phillips and was greeted by Takeshia, she is knew from Georgia and she is so nice and polite. I really enjoyed my visit with the restaurant and my food was hot and they served me fast. The other workers was nice as well and the manager is cute and very nice. I will be going back to that Burgerking again they were on top of their job. I want to comment on the lobby area it was clean and in order so they deserve this credit.

I was so hungry this morning I went to Burger King @ 3630 Wedgewood Lane, Lady Lake and order 2 Crois S/E/C to only find that the meat was not cooked. How you eat RAW SAUSAGE?...then I call to inform them and to see how they are gonna make this right only to find that the number rings and rings...I guess its back to McDonalds where they always make me HAPPY...Burger King you need to get it 2gether in 2014 :-(

My family went to this location the employees would rather you not spend your money there. They have zero customer service. Our request was so simple. We wanted to have ine of our sandwiches to go after we ate. They said no, they had to make it then. I have never been to any restaurant rhat wouldn't do that. The icing on the cake is they are rude.

I just went through the drive-through window and picked up my order same order i get and it's never wrong I was get the food but the fries are always cold cartons half-full and the two whoppers that I get are cold i mean not even warm there completely cold it's just ridiculous I call and complain all they want me to drive back up there and they'll replace I don't want it replaced I don't want free food I want the food I pay for to be hot when I order it.

This location's service has steadily declined over the last few years. Rude cashiers that interrupt you, they get your order wrong every time in the drive thru. They have cars pull forward and block the drive thru because they cannot keep up with orders. This location is the worst I have visited!!

I order food from the drive thru and a young lady was very rude, I asked if she could repeat my order and she got very loud and smart with me I always come to this burger king but not after the bad customer service I got last night and then as I was speaking she closed the window. Had to wait at the order window. Then they take part of my order just to be asked to wait again. Get to the window and sit and for the drinks. Then a longer wait for the food. I ask if its all there and I get a yes. I come home and I'm missing one of t he four whoppers. Now I cannot get someone to pick up a phone to let know of this experience

Burger king is a clean and friendly envirment, with a crew that enjoys serving our guest and meeting there satisfactions. The crew enjoys working there greeting and pleasing our customers day in and day out. Exspeacialy our regulars. I was just reading some prior post and its time to update because we did. Sadly, this is the closest one to me, so I keep going back to it. They've been trying to improve it, but cannot get much improvement. Long waits are the norm, clueless cashiers, the food is passable. Burger king on golf rd. has terrible service. Only go if you have plenty of time to spare, waited for one ham and cheese biscuit in drive thru for 10 min. after being told it had a minute to go...meanwhile cashier chatted it up with other customers while peeking out the window to make sure i was still waiting. All of this after telling me what a crazy morning shes had and how short staffed they are...very unprofessional.

I live around the corner I luse 2 always go and get the fudge brownie sundays and rthe past 5 times I went they have ben out. Then they were out of fries and im fed up with it. Store manager was rude to us customers and was also VERY rude to her employees. Screaming and yelling. Their food sucks along with their service. She needs fired.

I went in around 6:10 am on Saturday and was greated right away. The food was fresh, even the hash browns, and was served very quickly. They had one manager, who was also the cashier, and one man in the kichen. The person in the kichen made my meal and also served it. He worked his butt off just to make my meal and serve me. With a smile and a have a good morning his service was out standing. I think his name was Brandon. Great job Richmond Burger King. Keep up the out standing service.

I visited this store on Wednesday September 25 2013 and this is one terrible store. It was far from busy but yet it took forever for our food. The manager which was the only one putting together the food orders just kept focusing on the drive-thru. He put our sandwiches on the tray and left them there and all we needed was our fries...he just kept focus on the window orders so our food was getting cold.. Only when I started to complain I got the rest of my order. We sat down at the table and of course it was on the cold side but I was starving and didn't want to wait again so I ate it. Later that night and all through the night my stomach just kept churning and went well into the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This BK has been a crappy one for a very long time. I am not ever going there again!!

I believe that the management has gone down hill since the previous manager was there she was so out going and upbeat. The reason that she was railroaded into quit because of lies is beyond any ones imagination the years she gave to the company and the one she trusted most of all betrayed her. The gentleman they gave the position to is not all there.

My husband went to this Burger King this morning at about 9:40am to get our children a sausage biscuit and the LAZY people who work here informed him that there were no more biscuits and it was to close to lunch to prepare him some biscuits. The Burger King on rosecrans in San Diego was the most unsanitary place I have been to on my 26 years. i was asked for a valid identification at the drive thru window. Since i was purchasing for my bed ridden brother and they wouldn't let me use his ATM card i had to pay for it myself. Not a place i will visit in the future. TWO THUMBS DOWN
