we are really pleased to have this Bi Lo store but especially the Pharmacy staff. Always am made to feel they know and care about me and my family. The store is clean, most of the times checking out is quick and efficient. Really appreciate gas bonus program, it has been a blessing in today's economy. Bravo to the managers and staff at this Bi Lo, please never leave our neighborhood. KUDOS to you all !!!

This is a clean store and for the most part is stocked. The customer service at night is terrible. The night manager David isn't aware of cooperate policies. If u go buy the rules, avoid this store he makes up his own and they are incorrect.

Yea. Same as da first dude. I called over and over but they ignored the calls. It was such bull dude. This place is not worth the trouble.

This place makes a mockery of people on the phone. I called five times and was repeatively ignored. They answered after ten rings each time, and no one responded after answering. It was annoying and left me hot-headed. Don't bother calling this place.

Bi-Lo is a great store for any family and i really love this store personaly :)

I ordered my birthday cake on July 6 and was so pleased with the outcome. I wish i could post a picture of it. I got so many compliments on my cake that its now my screen saver and cover photo on facebook. Thank you Bilo bakery and staff for making my day extra special :)

And it's not only that it's my local store. This store and it's employees make shopping there an enjoyable, fun time. The friendly and curtious managers and employees give the store a homey feeling that helps you with your shopping experience..

I have been shopping at this BI-LO for almost 2 years now. I have found everyone from the cashiers to management to be courteous, friendly and professional.

At times, I have seen the cashiers and cart attendants go above and beyond their job descriptions (carrying groceries to cars of our seniors, walking customers to where a product is, etc.).

While you can choose to fight the crowds at other Super Stores an perhaps lower prices, it is not worth your time; let alone your sanity to shop at a "true" family caring store??

I have a friend that works at your store and his name is Jeff and is is a Bagger. I have heard that you haven't been given him hours because he is special needs and that just shows how low of a person someone one can be and this will come out and the managers there will no longer work there because of how mean you are towards your employees grow up and be professional

My family has shopped here for the past 2 years and my husband won't shop anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and smiling and the managers look like they actually like their jobs. Very clean and great food! This is a great grocery store with lots of good sales. Why spend more at Publix next door?

Tonight was the first time being in your store. I have been a loyal Food Lion shopper for many years. I stopped in for a couple of things and I must say I was very impressed. The meat department associate was one of the nicest,helpful,and knowledgeable Butchers I have ever delt with. I believe his name was Tim or Tom. The cashier at lane 1 was very friendly and helpful about your fuelperk program. I do believe your store will be seeing more of me. Thank you for a quick and comfortable shopping moment..

Wonderful people. I enjoy coming into the store and meeting the same faces rather than a rotation of new cashiers and managers. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and always willing to listen to ways to help making my shopping experience better!

No organic anything! I live one mile from this store but travel 20 to buy organic produce. Lame!

i usually cook my thanksgiving dinner but this year decided that i would order a dinner from you. what a joke, if i had wanted a frozen dinner i could have bought it myself. the price for it was ridiculous as well. not very pleased.
