Booksellers fantastic, friendly helpful.

I tried to use the map here but there is a window asking me to register first and it cannot be closed. Why should I have to register just to use the map that will tell me how to get to your store?

This store location has been closed for some time.This posting is misdirecting people and should be removed from the listing.

I checked on the availability of a book not out yet, "The Little Goat in Africa," and the person who answered was very polite and offered much info. Thanks!

This place is quite good. Kinda expensive, but it's ok.

Great service and fantastic children's area which is located in the back of the store far from the entrance, important for those of us who may have little escape artist.

Wiley Hall is a book that tugs your heart strings and creates a good belly laugh! You have to read it.

I 'm WIFI user and coffee lover. I use Barnes and Nobles store # 3701 like my second home with my friends.To day around 12:30 pm I feel discomfort when security alarm set on. I have my text book and I pad in my hand while securty alarm set on. I immediatly stopped and showed to the lady who seems manager or assistant or what ever. When I showed my text her question hurts my feeling. She asked me you came in with your text or.....????. what does this mean? If I seem like a suspect, She has to check all including my body. I blieve that she knows barnes and nobles store is not my text book shelf. I know it is your right & obligation to keep eyes on people to prevent lose but becareful not to hurt the innocents

It would be wonderful If they had half the service on the floor that they do in the coffee shop! Waited 10 minutes at the service counter, after asking twice for help...

I think they have recently changed managers. The man who works there now is always rude. Very impersonal and short with customers. I used to get my food brought to me while waiting. Also used to be provided larger cups for water and now only given a tiny cup which gives maybe 3 swallows. I work in the mall and spend a good amount of money there. Even when I buy a meal he refuses to give me a cup for water which I take back to work with me. Not sure what happened to all the other workers but they need to find more like them.
