Satisfied Jeep owner

The salesperson I that assisted me was professional and diagnosed the real issue with my Jeep Wrangler that Hendrick Chrysler Jeep could not and he did so within minutes. They told me my battery was good and to change out my alternator. I did so and my Jeep is running like a CHAMP! Thanks dude!

rebates

I am owed a rebate of $10 from Aug. it is now Nov. I'm told by their automated message to expect delivery 2-4 weeks after the rebate was sent in. That was Aug. it is now Nov. I'd say someone is not honest in their rebates, they are just a gimmick.!

Called the AAP on Gall Boulevard spoke to an older lady very rude no knowledge, not at all helpful. autozone just down the road on the left.. they got my money this time, I will not waste my time going back to that store.

Disappointing

I always enjoyed the personalized customer service in the commercials. Those employees that came to someone's service. But, today I do not feel that way. My car suddenly stalled in front of this store, blocking traffic. I saw an employee coming from the side, looked at me and went inside the store. Plus, other employees in the parking lot. But, the only one that came to my aid was two people on their way to church. They helped me get my car to safety, thankfully. Advance Auto is no customer service what so ever. Or I guess you have to be inside the store or in their parking lot.

Lousy Customer Service

There seem to be a shortage of Sales people who are usually busy re-stocking or helping someone. One salesperson for 6 to 8 people? How ridicules! When the phone rings, someone comes out from the stock room area and answers the phone and ignore those that are standing in line waiting to make a purchase or needing help...Auto Zone is a little further away, but it is worth the travel distance than to be ignored by the people that work at this store. I assume not all Advance Auto Parts Stores are like this one in Greenacres.

Why the concert in an auto parts store

I cannot for the life of me figure out why the management of a parts store would allow his/her employees to consistently play music at Customer distracting volumes. One parts store is pretty much the same as another, the objective of any manager should be to bring IN customers, not drive them away................................................

You gave me the wrong part I can't find my receipt and the store on watson rd refused to give me my money back. Customers always right in my book poor customer service. Im debating on whethet I want to spend anymore money in tour store oreily's is much friendlier and they havent screwed up so bad and then not taken the prodyct back. You need to change yoyr store policy or there will be a lot more complaints. Very unhappy with your store

We are writing to commend the work ethic and caring attitude of your employee, Shayne, at the Ward Blvd location in Wilson, NC. A few weeks ago we found ourselves with a dead battery in Wilson. We both are from out of town and needed immediate help....where to turn?? Shayne changed the battery and gave us friendly assurance and peace of mind that we'd be fine and have safe driving. He is a wonderful representative of an outstanding employee and we truly appreciate him.

Great experience/great service

Went in to my brake pads for my Malibu. It was my first time changing them, so I asked if they were hard to do. A nice guy named Juan (receipt says Juan S.) was able to walk me through what I would need. I was just going to buy the pads, but ended up buying rotors, calipers, etc. the whole project kit. Since it was my only car, Juan recommended it's best to buy everything I needed to avoid making multiple trips. Only thing I didn't end up using was one caliper, which I was able to return no problem. Thanks to the wonderful help, I have now became a lifetime customer of Advance Auto.

Borrowing of tools

It is not really borrowing. They charge you for the tool, then refund your card. It has been 2 days and I am still waiting for the refund. Caused problems in my checking account. Not happy at all!

Horrible Customer Service

After walking in the store off 620 in Austin, TX to get a replacement bulb, I received the worst customer service. I will not be returning & will now be using Auto Zone from here on out. It's a little out of my way but worth it to work with people that want to work with me than people who show that they don't even want to be there. Unless you know exactly what you need, I would suggest to avoid Advanced Auto Parts. Their parts may be advanced but the customer service is far from it.

Customer service

This store needs serious help on customer service skills. After waiting 5 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Some one walked in and was instantly helped. Then I was finally helped. The store clerk asked what I needed and I said tubing. His reply was like what kind with a blink of the eyes. Obliviously I interrupted his day. After that I was so mad and just left. This store will will never regain my business.

Excellent service

I purchased 2 headlight bulbs on 11-2-2012. My mechanic was going to install them the next day. To my surprise, the salesman who served me, James W. (I took the name from my receipt) offered to install them right away on their parking lot. This was so lucky for me since I had to take a friend to the airport the next morning at 4:30AM and was concerned to have to do it with one headlamp out. Thank you for your excellent service!
