Having to get a cash advance is not always the happiest occasion. However, the staff here always make you feel welcome. And they are always cheerful and positive. Kinda takes the sting out of whatever is going on that got you there in the first place. I am really glad they are there to help me.
I have to say that Advance America is the best place to go if your ever in a jam and need to barrow money . Everyone that works there is very nice . I also want to give a very special thank you to Josh for being so understanding and kind.

Every time I go in there to get a loan the blonde old lady is always on a personal call. When I do call the store they never answer. I will not be going back ever.
Went to your store today for a loan. Walked in to an empty store. So I turned around and left after waiting to be helped. I got back to my car and saw her finally behind the counter. Walked back in and was treated like a dumbass when I told her I wasn`t sure if they were opened or not. I called her a bitch and walked out. Wasn`t the first time the little smart ass treated me like this. I won`t be back any time soon, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about your treatment of me!!
ive been doing businnes with advance america for a few years now and they are there when i needed them and i will keep using them they have the best employes
The customer service at this location is exceptional the manager there Angela knows how to treat people and I have been going to this location for 2 years and have referred people I know I give this store and the manager there a thumbs up!
The employees at this location are rude and inconsiderate. Never go there.
DO NOT pay your JEA bill at Advance America. They are NOT an "authorized" JEA payment center. They will take up to 1-10 days to post your payment.BAD news.
They lied to me when I tried to set up a payment account and debited my checking account instead. Be careful of these people.
