Worst customer service ever. Managers are the worst and employees are unethical. I've called the 800 number many times and (as I expected) nothing has improved.
I've lived in this city for years and I'd rather drive to a McDonalds all the way to Williamsburg, VA than give my money to the one located on Crater Rd. Whoever owns this franchise needs to burn this place down and start fresh. Seriously.
