The location is great. The people are nice. However, the gym hours are terrible especially for a Women's only gym. Typical gyms open before 9 not here, and they close too early, especially on the weekends (9-1).Many mothers are just gettinh themselves out the door at 1 or putting their children down for a nap.
You would think that the owners would have looked at their clientele more carfully, and their needs. Anything you recommend to the owner, is useless. This LR falls short compared to many others.
The space is very small and the floor is filthy. I signed up for the training, with a personal trainer, what a joke, especially if all you have in your gym is a few treadmills, 3 or 4 bikes, a small weight set that can be purchased in any Walmart, and the Elipticals.
Then they say do the classes. Another joke, the schedule changed so many times this year, I was beyond pissed. You have maybe 3in shape instructors, but many are out of shape and are suppose to motivate you, I think they need to motivate themselves. Same steps, same music, same everything. I wonder if the owner even knows what true instructors and trainers are because her staff truly isn't. Save your money and join a real gym if you have a weighr goal. If you like not being pushed and just bored then this gym is for you.
