Above and beyond
I was traveling in OH when I noticed my tires needed balancing. They were less than 1000 miles old and I think were not balanced properly when they were originally installed. I had a terrible experience at the Centerville Goodyear where they were unwilling to honor my warranty. At the Kettering Goodyear, they not only honored the warranty but took the time to test drive the vehicle before and after balancing the tires to make sure they were done properly.
