Answer the phone so I don't have to drive to eastgate

This place sucks. Thank god i have verizon wireless. My daughter has cricket and i will change her service.

Why don't they have a real person to answer the phone at the eastgate store i wanna talk to a human not a computer

I'm not sure what the other commenters are talking about. Recently, when my new phone arrived to replace a damaged one, it was already damaged from the factory or from shipping (as in, of no fault of the store) and everytime I've called them to replace the new one and the old one, I've had a live representative pick up the phone within seconds of selecting the "Live Representative" option the machine gives you. They replaced the second phone quickly, and at no charge, and the entire time were incredibly nice.

I have been there two times and my phone is still not right with the correct services.Then you cannot call them direct and still have to return a third time. BS

Don't waste your time, there's never a real person to even answer the phone and even if you leave messages they don't care enough to respond...rude

it is impossible to get a real person to talk to and no one ever answers at the eastgate store, except that stupid computer. I hate that thing.
